One of the best hotel in Cambodia I was here for 4 days Room : the rooms are very good neat and clean and have lot of space the air condition system is also good the washroom has a bathtub and hot water facility and the view from balcony is awesome Pool : the pool is max 1.7 M deep and is very beautiful it's open from 8:00 in morning till 8:00 in night they don't have any supervisor or lifeguard near by do if your with kids take care they have changing room facilities Food : we had daily breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00 and they had everything for breakfast veg and non veg also fruits or corn flakes if you want and the seating area is open space with a roof in Cambodia style so you get the awesome feel Staff & service : The staff is good and respectful they always welcome you with smile and they clean room very well the laundry and other facilities are also good Good place to stay for with family. It is a fantastic acomodation and a very friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, lovely setting and gardens. Friendly staff and an ice tea on arrival. Off the main road so nice and quiet. Upper floors have little balconies with views. Breakfast buffet was ok but not amazing. Our aircon didn't work which was the only issue. The hotel was full so they couldn't change our room and couldn't fix it so we did the night with a fan. Next night they upgraded us. Was a bit painful but they were accommodating. Would stay again.

KouPrey is a nice clean hotel, but it’s a bit out from the city’s center and at the moment there’re so many Chinese group staying here. Whenever the group comes in or out, the noice spreads over the whole building. They should have setup the soundproof in order to reduce the disturbance and breakfast should be also improved and the quantity and quality are still limited. However the staffs are friendly and helpful here.

Excellent room and service. They have met my expectations.

Centrally Situated – Helpful Service 18 of us, travelling with Jetwing Travels from Sri Lanka, stayed at Kouprey hotel for three nights 22nd, 23rd and 24th November 2017. As we entered, we were provided with a welcome drink. Rooms were promptly provided as we were expected. One of us who was on a wheel chair was accorded special privileges attending to his needs and accompanying to his room. The room and bathroom were clean. So were the bed linen – white and the beds well made. Free Wi-Fi password came with the room key. The room included a fridge, was air-conditioned and incorporated a TV and a kettle with facilities to make tea or coffee. The hotel boasted of an outdoor swimming pool with a small garden. We had breakfast at the hotel. The service was good. Both Cambodian and western food was available. The service at the restaurant too was good, the staff being very helpful. The view from the room was not that great facing some slums on the left side – but the service and facilities provided are great and compensates the view. Each room has a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the freshness of the evening and have nice beer.

Good hotel, located 200 mts from highway. Swimming pool is ok. King size beds. I didn't like food in Resturant.

Comfortable rooms with good dining in the outdoor dining hall. And all within walking distance of Town and the School.

I loved kouprey hotel in siem reap! I would go back tomorrow if I could! Being from Scotland it might take me a while to save up to go back to Cambodia but I wish I could it was amazing! I miss this place!

Nice and reasonable price.

The architecture, the trees, plants, flowers, decor — all come together to create an unique character and ambience which both of us liked very much. I spent three nights and am very happy with the room & bathroom size, the open balcony, quality of furniture and linen, staff courtesy, food quality and everything else. Will definitely visit again.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable and the hotel is very quiet. I can highly recommend it.

The hospitality of the hotel staff is more than excellent. The smile every time they see you, the delicacy with which you serve and the willingness with which you serve surprised me. The location of the hotel may not please a lot, but the quality of the rooms and the pool makes you feel very comfortable. The food is very rich but mindful that it can be very spicy as it is in the region. The breakfast is not very complete but not very bad. Please do not hesitate to ask for tours in the lobby as what you can do to your measure, you know that you're not going to sell something that is not and they are not expensive.

Excellent Hotel. Large swimming pool, staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet overwhelming. The rooms are large and clean. The air conditioning works perfect. The a la carte food can be very different to the western palate. The bad: the lower the sun in the surroundings lit on fire to scare away the mosquitoes, producing a smoke that makes the air unbreathable.

My stay from 1st-4th november at this hotel is very pleasant. The staff made my stay here very comfortable and the hotel room is absolutely clean. This would be my choice for the next visit.
