Stayed three nights and they kindly upgraded our room. Breakfast is satisfying with fresh coffee, fresh juice and all kinds of choices. The staff is very kind and helpful, and makes the trip very easy and comfortable. They even provide sack breakfast and lunch if you want to visit Angkor Wat in the early morning for the sun rise. The Happy hour from 6 to 7pm by the pool with all drinks 50% off (not to mention that the original price is already reasonable) just makes it even more awesome. The complementary 2-hour massage is just ok but still very relaxing. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Siem Reap. Highly recommended.

Very recommended
Just out of the strait, so much so that you are in a quiet area but with two steps you are in Pub Street.
Comfortable bikes (mountainbikes) to ride around the city and make the small ring, very comfortable even the pool to cool off on the return in the evening.
The staff is really very friendly and prefessional, it makes you in four for any need.
Cute the idea of offering a massage and dinner, we very much appreciated them.
Only neo the prices of the minibar but since they offer tea water and coffee, you can do without it.

Very nice smaller hotel in best location not far away from temple Street and old market. Colorful rooms and beautifull pool are awaiting you. The staff is extremely helpful already at the pick-up at the airport. I will choose this place again by my next visit to SR.

Fantastic, except room 38. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty good breakfast. Very spacious room, bathroom not so much; Comfortable bed. But my personal rating may not be 5 star because my room 38 across the head of the bed has 3 outdoor air conditioner units that at night make noise. It definitely must be the worst hotel room to sleep in, a shame because it would have been a great stay.

We came to Golden Temple Hotel for a weekend trip for our 16th anniversary. We were greeted with a drink and Jasmine scented cool towels. They added an extra special surprise for our anniversary. The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Everyone was very attentive and accommodating. It was close to a lot of the night markets and pub street. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to go to Siem Reap.

Cant say enough about how great this hotel is. From the staff, to the rooms, and all the extras they include in your stay. Highly recommend booking this property if you are needing a quite, comfortable hotel in Siem Reap. Wish I was there now :-)

Great hotel, should've stayed longer. Came with a khmer massage and 5 course dinner, staff was exceptionally nice. Pool was very nice. Everything was great.

Brilliant hotel and great service. The staff is very good and every guest is treated well. We had free lunch, snacks and airport transfers for a very decent price. If you are in siemp reap this is the place to stay.

An excellent hotel. Very accommodating and lots of value at an already reasonable price. The food was excellent, the pool area very relaxing, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. They were more than happy to have a to-go breakfast waiting at 4am when we left to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Highly recommended, we didn't want to leave.

What a wonderful experience! The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met and the hotel was incredible! They gave us two free meals (the dinner is one of the best meals I've ever eaten), a free massage, and there were free snacks and drinks at the pool every day at happy hour. The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed rides to and from the airport and they also booked a driver for Angkor for us.

Great hotel, great price, super friendly staff. *Plus here's the bonus: if you stay more than 2 nights, you get a free massage, free dinner and a snack for your temple days. All of these were excellent!

A truly amazing site to spend a few days Michelin star food I assure you and above the first dinner or food you give it and then are 15 dollars oseaque not spend much. Besides you have to seven minutes the night market that is to live it. You have to see it to live it.

I really enjoyed my stay in the golden temple. The rooms where lovely and surrounding areas where so pesceful. Food was really good and very good choice at breakfast. I especially enjoyed my free massage. Id like to thank richard and the rest of the staff who made you feel very welcome and helped with booking trips etc they certainly made our stay very special. Me and my husband are very happy to stay in this hotel, all staffs are friendly and helpful, location is great, close to pub street and old market. We stayed here for 5 nights and my package included free pick up and drop off shuttle, free breakfast each day, one free dinner or lunch and one free 60 minutes session of body massage for 2 persons and the price was decent ($100 per night), you will get more than what you pay for. Love this hotel.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in during our travels. The staff and the hospitality of the hotel is impeccable. The rooms are large and very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. Everything was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

5 STAR hotel! Don't stay anywhere else, this place is amazing! From the welcome ice green tea, complimentary fruits and food, to the Exemplary customer service to the staff, room, amenities, shower, pool, EVERYTHING. Oh and you get a complimentary 1 hour massage, delicious breakfast and airport transfer. Ive stayed at St Regis and didn't have this kind of service. Location is great too. You're doing yourself a disservice if you book anywhere else.

I was absolutely surprised to find a great place like this for such a low price. I am usually not used to 5-4 Star hotels and usually go for the budget ones so I was axpected simple hotel when booking lub d, and I didn't believe the pictures in the site because of the price. Lub d is as clean as possible and I don't remember enjoining a hotel that much before. Truly 5 star for the price of 2 stars.

Very good hotel in siem reap. The manager and people are nice, and always have smile. It has very strong Wi-Fi in every room, and it has multiple choices meal in breakfast. We're enjoying the trip in Golden temple hotel.

Safe area, clean facilities, friendly service, convenient delicious inexpensive restaurant, and easy to find. Laundry service across the street. They suggested a cooking class which was super fun.

This should be a 5 stars hotel. Beyond all the free offers described on there Web site they offer you tea, ice cream and nuts just lounging by themail pool. All the staffs are super friendly. Great value.

This should be the best hotel I've ever been! Upon check-in, refreshments were served and a wet towel was provided to cool our body down. Aside from that, we were given a complimentary dinner and snack for us to bring along on our Angkor tour. The price is reasonable for it's services and cleanliness. It is a 5-10 mins walk to the night market, pub street and certainly a good place to stay for the night. I wish I could have stayed more nights.

This little hotel really is an amazing place. The staff are so helpful and as soon as you enter you receive a wonderful welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We booked an amazing tour to the temples through the hotel and also we visited the circus (which is a must). The pool area is lovely and quite a sun trap. The breakfasts were amazing and the hotel provided free massage and lunch or dinner, which they really wanted us to take advantage of. This place is truly wonderful and we didn't want to leave — in fact, I wish we had stayed here rather than continuing our trip to Phnom Pen. Fantastic hotel in a truly amazing location. Can't wait to return.

It's a small place area wise, but this place is great on all things. Clean, quiet, comfy, good food, great service, friendly staff. With very good prices. I definitely will stay here again if I'm back in Siam Reap. Love it!

The staff was amazing! We got a free airport pickup (in a brand new Lexus! ) and got free beer for the ride to the hotel. Your stay comes with a free multi course dinner which was pretty good. Didn't get a chance to use the free massage. We arranged a two day tuk tuk driver for the temples through the hotel and he was great, worked out really well. Pool doesnt get a lot of sun but is quite nice. Location isn't super close to the pub street and market but its just a $1 tuk tuk ride. Highly recomended!

The hotel from the airport, free Shuttle passengers on the bus, we was warmly welcomed. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, service is very thorough. We stayed here for five nights, we were thoroughly spoiled! Swimming pool is beautiful, when we were at the pool and rest time, the staff also brought wet paper towels, beverages and fresh fruit platter. We're in room 32 of the room, it's comfortable, facilities are complete. Room can see the scenery, in the morning when there's a little noise, a choice close to the swimming pool room would be good…

My favourite hotel anywhere. Authentic but brilliant service, fantastic food, fantastic people.

We flew into Siem Reap in the evening and were greeted by a smiling face at the airport that drove us to the hotel. It's located on a bumpy dirt road and we didn't know what to expect. But you approach an enchanting entrance and cross a small bridge with small gold fish swimming below and feel like you've entered a different world. The check in process is so courteous and they bring a tray of these delicious things and fresh scented wash cloth. I'm not sure if my husband told them he was going to propose the next day but we got rose petals on our king size bed that was on the ground floor with a patio leading directly to the pool. Every person that works here gets the very best marks in being courteous and always gracious and professional. The included dinner was incredible and had so many local flavors. Drinks were a hit and the massage… so needed after traveling thousands of miles. The pool is inviting. We would love to build a pool that is similar. This is a small boutique hotel that delivers beyond expectations. We had a short stay and the hotel was extremely helpful in providing information on where to go and what to do in the short time that we were there. We highly recommend hiring a car for the day if you're pressed for time. Even if you're not. It's cheap and you have a place to leave your items and if you're lucky like we were you get a tour guide as well in the cab driver. The check out was bitter sweet and we said our goodbyes.

The Golden Temple was hand down the best hotel I have even been to. For $70 US/day I was lucky enough to be able to relax in a luxurious room/retreat, and be close enough (couple minute walk) to the city market to enjoy a taste of Cambodia. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by gracious hosts in a pond lined outdoor foyer. They quickly took my luggage and directed me to my room. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with fruit and water and a pedal lined bed. It was almost like being in a fantasy world. I was initially booked to stay only a couple days before moving to a different hotel, but I quickly modified my reservation to stay there the entire week. With my reservation I was able to get a spa massage which was AMAZING and free breakfast every day. The food was equally delicious and different every day. As I write this review, I want to go back. Regardless — — the room was located right at the garden, It was silent and the entire complex was shielded from the noise of the street. The perfect retreat. As for activities, for an additional fee you were able to get a guide who would take you ANYWHERE you wanted to go (i mean, within the bounds of the travel itinerary) He was fantastic. He took us hours away through the city and local areas and stopped when we requested to get off at a local stand. He even assisted in bartering telling us when we would not get a good deal.

He would always return to this hotel excellent in every way, the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Comfortable rooms with spotless beds. The delicious breakfast, intractable pool. Highly recommended.

Is there such a thing as too much hospitality? If there is, we may have found it in the Golden Temple Hotel. We were almost pampered to death with free drinks, free meals, free drinks, free massages, free drinks, free snacks, free drinks, free picnics, free drinks; and then some more free drinks to go with our free drinks, in case we got thirsty while we were quenching our thirst. If you don't appreciate great hospitality or free drinks, or you're looking for some quiet time alone, this place might not be for you. If you want to be treated like royalty, and you have an unquenchable thirst for free drinks, then look no further: this is the place for you.

Good boutique style 4 star hotel with pool, massage centre and restaurant. Excellent attentive service.
