We stayed here for 2nd times. Siem Reap ABIT quiet during our trip. No tourists yet. We still enjoy with our stay here everything was changed alot here. Building a bit old but fine. A few staff in here. If you guy come to stay during busy season it may many Khmer people stay here.
Everything fine for my us we happy to stay here again and again.

I was wowed by the photos online.
This I thought looked amazing!
So without hesitation I booked three rooms to accommodate my family. First hurdle was finding this place. Our driver drove around for an hour trying to find it. It is off a dirt road on a dead end street. Secluded and far away from a Main Street or any place within walking distance.
The staff was welcoming and friendly. This is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. … 1. My room smelled very bad like smoke.
2. The air conditioning was not working in my room! It was very hot and I experienced a horrible night. I tried going to get a staff member for assistance but there was no one to be found.
3. No running water … for half of the night there was no water! I found this out as I needed to wash my hands after using the bathroom.
4. When we finally got water back on we noticed a smell to it, like copper and it was brownish in color. I had enough and was ready to cancel the rest of my reservation. I spoke to the manager and he apologized and did allow me to pay for that night and waive the cancellation fee. Now I was ready to pay with my credit card only to be informed that their machine was not working and I needed to go find an ATM and withdraw 300 US dollars. I don’t recommend this hotel. The photos are a lie, the place is dated and not at all a 5 star hotel.

It's great so far but just got here!

Clean hotel and very spacious room the problem the breakfast the water has a strong smell water coffee juice Orange Earth road with full work away at 25 min from the City Center on foot. Hot water for the shower is not presented big flat… competent staff is very gracious. Tuktuk of the hotel cheap and very nice.

10 minutes from everything but very peaceful. Price reasonable.

A true boutique hotel. Great little set up, nice pool area, food is good. All the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Tuk Tuk Driver’s also do a great job with transport for you. We’ll come again.

This is a charming little hotel slightly off the main roads in Siem Reap. The service and the price were great. The bed was a little stiff, but overall I would call this hotel a great value.

Fantastic experience. Very clean large room. Air conditioning works great. Pool is Very welcoming at the end of a long day. Friendly staff, and free breakfast was great. Don't expect American breakfast to be great, as this is Cambodia. If you want great American breakfast, go to America. 5 minute tuk tuk ride to centre of town is a great experience along narrow, bumpy streets, $2 usd will get you there. To sum it up, when you come to Cambodia, expect Cambodia, and have a great time with the local, friendly people. Amazing place.

Lovely hotel, very clean, nice pool, nice staff, taxi needed to get into town and back, 10 spacious rooms.

Must try harder… It sounds like a school report I used to get but this place had too may negatives. The positives; pleasant and reactive staff (not proactive) lovely pool and grounds and a large room. It ends there. It's 20 minutes walk to a road along rutted earth tracks. You can get a tuk tuk for anywhere between 2 and 5 dollars and it's a bumpy ride. Be prepared to give directions as it's poorly signed, not many drivers know where it is and the location is incorrect on Google maps. The air con unit is tiny and cannot cool the room, there is no hot tap at all; the shower is electric and barely warm and no pressure. Breakfast is split between poor western food or poorer Asian food. And the local rooster WILL wake you up sharp at 400 am. Good luck…

Great hotel and super friendly staff.

It was such an excellent stay at laysung hotel. The staff are friendly and the foods are absolute fantastic. Not very far from the town. Quite easy with a 5 minutes ride in TUK TUK to the Popular Psar Chas and night market. It was such an amazing memory for me and my wife. Thanks for the warm welcome we have there.
