Average hotel and rooms a bit dated. Needs refurbishing. Water pressure for the showers were low and hot water wasn't working well. Breakfast could have been better but the only good thing was the location is very central, just next door to the new mall.

Not bad hotel as other reviews say although it is not a 4* as in Spain and is close to everything.
Well the room we got, with a terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast was good.

A 4 stars hotel but I would rated here for 3 stars only because the building is a bit out dated and its facilities plus food looks very simple and similar to other 2/3 stars hotels. However, its classic decoration inside the guest room looks marvellous to me.

Not very clean, the curtains are grey with dirt, sanitary barely cleaned, hair in the bathtub, not very white. The pommel is attached to the wall, not practical. The water is dirty. Decent meals. Lovely staff.

DON'T BOOK HERE! Save your hard earned money and go to another hotel. There are several remodeled that are nicer for less as well. This place had cockroaches, no hot water and dirty at that. Plus the staff was unhelpful Except for one girl and I wish I could remember her name. She was absolutely lovely and worked at the front desk but whatever you do, shop out for laundry, it was $48US to do 17 pieces laundry. It's only $2 US Kilo down the street. Not to mention the power went out for 2 days in my room and there was no assistance. Save yourself the head ache… I wish I had. Sadly it was booked and prepaid though my travel agent so they didn't seem to care. They had there money and to them that was all that mattered. For $65 a night it was not worth the price at all.

Small scam of fictitious consumptions on leaving!

The hotel is very good location, near Lucky Mal Super market, night market and pub street easy to visit and buy something or souvenirs. The room is clean, keep perfume and pool is so beautiful. Massage service is good. For buffet breakfast is very nice and full.

Cleanliness of the bathroom to review.

Good facility, still new, and looks grand. Easy location friendly staffs. Buffet on morning breakfast — good choices. Only bad things abt this hotel: bad Wi-Fi and tap water little brownish.

This is a hotel in siem reap Angkor that name is Angkor Holiday Hotel here is 4 star and they have swimming pool, restaurant, Bar, and service 24hour helpful angthing, I lovely to stay here, thank you si much.

Is centrally located with a small pool. For a few days in the context of visiting the temples of Ankor Wat and co quite ok. Is on the main road. Accordingly loud. Right next to it, e. G. Large construction site. About 10 min walk to the bar area. Mass tourism.

The hotel is in a good location-downtown almost. Angkor Watt is close. Very close to the shopping mall. The hotel is quite old. Therefore furniture, linen, technics are not very new. The room does not immediately open HW, the day issued: 1 bottle of water for 0, 5 liters per person, Z. Brushes, soap, shower gel and shampoo. There is a hair dryer. There are robes but strange quality and huge. The breakfasts are good enough.

Great hotel. There is a refrigerator with a mini-bar, a safe, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, bathrobes, slippers. In San. Corner bath and a separate shower. The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers around. Comfortable room.

Stay somewhere else. Rude staff don't speak English and never smile, Noisy, loud lift bell rings on every floor, staff have two way radios on full volume all the time our room shakes when people walk the stairs. Couldn't find our booking. Basically the worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time.

We had a training program organised in this hotel for a week. Did not like the place so much. It has a vibe of vintage era with old and very old furnitures everywhere.

Room is neatly arranged; clealiness of the property, choices of food — Asian and Western buffet style breakfast, and its close location to amenities.

Ideal location for visiting the temples, the drivers are just across the street it's really easy, or slept well and the Asian breakfast was well provided (for the continental it was not great), it was clean, the bathroom a little rundown But correct, only downside: they try to scam us on the price of the bottles of water put in the mini bar (over $20 for 1)

Angkor Holiday is very popular accommodation based in Siem Reap, all the staffs are very friendly and take care all the guest, inside room and around hotel are comfortable place.

The best hotel for guests to stay good location, good price best service.

I have to make a complaint regarding the service of security of the hotel, on the 23rd day of July of 2015, the representative of the agency, that we had hired and paid for from Spain (20€) for us to take her to the airport to fly to Bangkok, we stole the passports, and the service of the hotel did nothing for us to send them back, we had to remove us already but we lost the return flight. I have to make a complaint regarding the security service, hotel, on July 23, 2015 the representative of the agency, which we had arranged and paid for from Spain (20 €) to take us to the airport to take flight to Bangkok, stole our passports and the hotel service did nothing to return them to us, they are us and we had to remove it but we lost the return flight.

I thought it was pretty good value for a place quite central. Clean, nice rooms but nothing too fancy. Practical. Plus lovely noodles for breakfast. It also had a nice pool which was critical given the weather.
