Extremely Welcoming hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt like members of the family. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked for they did their very best to accommodate. The rooms are very neat and clean, the food fresh and tasty. Very good English is spoken by most staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only thing that I could fault is that the pool was not available (not that we wanted a swim anyway) HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a budget hotel.

The Raksmey Sou hotel in Phnom Penh has large rooms which are cleaned daily and are very comfortable, the restaurant has great meals which are varied and rather good, the owner and her staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help their guests. The hotel is just a short tuk tuk ride away from the major attractions.

Not a tourist Area but if you want to be among the locals then this is the place. Khmer BBQ every where. I must of counted 30 different food stalls just from my balcony. A bit noisy traffic wise but the smell of smokey Khmer BBQ cancelled that out I just can't tell you how good the Khmer BBQ are. Not really for family's as there isn't much for kids to do. Top hotel but the staff really can't speak English. That's OK because it is a local area. Oh the food yum. All those lights are mouth watering food.
