Very good value for money. Much better than those cheap rooms around the river front in the same price range. Each of the rooms has a TV with a lot of cable channels! I love the big writing desk. 4 minutes walk from/to the nearest city bus stop (Line 01). The fare is 1500 real per ride so prepare enough 500real bills. As it is located in the peaceful neighbourhood filled with kids, you can observe local ordinary people's lives pretty closely.
Not very good location, or spend more money on tuktuk, rent a bike… But very comfy hotel, staff is amazing, area is nice.

No problem giving this place 5 stars, the room is big and bright and airy and impeccably clean, for an excellent price… friendly and informative owner, interesting local neighborhood, but easy access to the more touristy downtown if needed, local bus for just 1.500 Riel, bus stop nearby!
