Rooms are awesome little bungalows in a mature garden. They are spaced out and it really feels like you're in a little jungle. Good AC and clean bathroom. Hammock and seating for each.
Service was excellent and nothing more needs to be said.
Location is a tuktuk ride away from the beach and for me this is a plus as its quieter.
Food was awesome and traveling with 2 children we ate here mornings and evenings.
Overall, if you want a slice of tranquility this is the place for you.

+ very sweet location with everything you need for a stay, great pool area, beautiful garden, nice owner — Philippe is a calm guy, but very nice and always helpful, staff is nice as well; very clean; good breakfast.
— A safe in the room would be great, but we had no problem without a safe, if you can not ride a bike/scooter the location might not be perfect if you want to walk around; maybe a bit noisy from the street, but we didn't care about it because we had just a great time.

Excellent stay at the Botanica guesthouse. Phillipe and Alak are the perfect hosts. 6 detached bungalows set in a secluded garden. It feels like a rain forest. Each bungalow has a patio, seating and a hammock. Great infinity pool and excellent food. Would definately stay here again and highly recommend it. I wanted to finish my 6 week trip to Laos and Cambodia relaxing for 3 days. I couldn't have picked a better place.
