Kunthy and RICO are adorable, they will guide you in your journey and make you discover remote corners where few tourists have gone.
I recommend a stopover when you arrive from Phnom Penh, it will give you a taste before Siem Reap 😉

For having spent a few days in this paradisiacal place, good memories, menus, authentic and delicious, with a lush garden, bungalows Khmer and extremely comfortable, walks unforgettable in the heart of rice fields and palm groves, accompanied by Rico on his bike, a swim typical, local and remote in a natural swimming pool that proved to be beneficial after our hike. All of our tours with Rico were so unusual, temples sacred Khmer little frequented, no mass tourism. Unforgettable and unmissable breakfasts Khunty with its fresh fruit juice, home made bread, it's impossible not to go back, and we believe strongly. THANK you!

Great stay. The warm welcome, the charm of the garden and bungalows, the delicious meals and especially the proposed activities. We loved the day on a motorcycle in the countryside. The landscapes are simply beautiful. The visit to Phnom Santuk, with explanations of Rico, is exciting and the silk farm very informative. In short, I can highly recommend this address.

A great step between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Bungalows nice, kitchen great, a campaign unexplored to discover absolutely thanks to the good plans of the owners!

Whether you are looking to escape the pollution of Phnom Penh for a weekend, or want to make a halt on your trip to Siem Reap, Toban Seuk is the perfect spot. Rico & Kunthy are adorable and will take care of everything for you. The food is awesome: delicious, innovative & generous. And, being in the heart of the beautiful rural Cambodia, you will have enough activities for your entire stay. Definitely a top recommendation!

The place is nice, the food is fabulous not to mention the amazing motobike trip in the countryside where lanscapes are splendid! This is Cambodia! I can only recommend to stay there!

I don't often give an opinion on guesthouses, but here you have to mark the occasion. I can confirm everything that is said in the other reviews: this guesthouse is super comfortable, the meals are delicious, and the organized motorcycle outings are breathtaking. Rico and Kunthy were super nice and available, with care. I highly recommend this stopover between Phnom-Penh and Siem Reap!

The property is really nice, food very good but it is directly located at the main highway to Siem Reap. This means traffic noise 24/365 and dust in general. We had extra bad luck due to 2 weddings going on at the same moment with equally irritating and loud music. Our room was not prepared as he seemed to have forgotten our booking. So double check with him if you do book. After staying in the room for an hour or so we decided to leave as we anticipated a night without sleeping. Rico, the owner, demanded full pay for the night. This did not seem reasonable. We offered to pay half and finally paid what he asked for as he became pretty agressive. Will never go again and will only recommend to die hard motor drivers (this does seem to be Rico's passion) who bring good quality earplugs and/or are used to lots of traffice noise. :-)

A very nice place, the rooms are simple but comfortable, the meals are delicious and plentiful, prepared with local products, I also recommend the rides in scooter! And what about the welcome of Rico and Kunthy, the owners! A big thank you to the two of us, we'll be back!

Place endearing, rooms in Khmer style original and guests of a rare kindness and availability. The bike ride in the paddy fields is a real moment of pleasure and sharing… The weaving adds an even more authentic note (beautiful sarong in bonus! )

Located in Kampong Thom surrounding beautiful countryside, Soban Teuk Guest House is a hidden little paradise. Welcomed by the nicest and most caring couple ever, you will have the opportunity to visit many unique & non-touristic places, and have a peaceful and cheerful stay in the beautiful bungalows and amazing garden. Definitely the best choice for unforgettable moments and a true local experience.

A Franco Khmer couple who offer magnificent tours by scooter, with or without pilots in the paddy fields and sacred site pre-Angkorian from their guest house, very comfortable accommodations, copious and delicious meals of Cambodian recipes and fusion French. The reception is family and relaxed.

This is a great place to escape the busy city. Tucked away amidst the rice fields this private villa is quiet apart from the bird song that is a rare sound in the city. At the time we were here we were relaxed and slept very well despite the fact that there are only fans in the room. Amazingly the room was not so hot. It was built so that the air will circulate in a traditional style. All the food served to us were so tasty! The French and Khmer owners cooked a fusion of French and Khmer and it was all delicious. It was a mind blowing experience. On the following day we went to the Suntuk Mountain, a holy site for Khmer. Had a great time there. Sadly we were not able to explore the rest of the places in Kampong Thom but we will go back some other time. Thank you for the great experience!
