➜ We really don't know what to say, except what this star means, terrible! This supposed 4 star hotel may be just 2 stars. The only good thing about this hotel is that we got a room in the new building, where the décor is really nice, but the cleanliness of it doesn't get any better. Well, but if 219 rooms are free anyway, then you can also give the guests the new room. 1 lady from the staff speaks English, the rest can either just break it or not at all. This was different on the Internet.
We have booked half board. The breakfast buffet should not be titled as such, it is not only tiny, but the coffee is lukewarm in a kettle on the breakfast buffet, the toaster is not plugged in at all and you have to sit in a dirty, unlit room in MAYBE also 2 other guests get lost.
Dinner (again in the dark. Maybe you save electricity) were served to us all 3 courses at once, buffet was not available, why she could not explain to me because of her insufficient language skills. There was a small plate of salad that was quite tasty, a cold main course (I think turkey or so) 3 thin slices with steamed onions and TK carrots, broccoli, cauliflower mixture. Dessert 1 kl. Slice of marble cake and as a drink a "freshly tapped" beer WITHOUT carbonic acid and WITHOUT foam crown, meal!
1 young lady, however, I would have to emphasize who is always smiling and trying to do what she does and worked yesterday from 9:00 a. M. To 9 p. M.
