The rooms are good, but the food does not work at all. Extremely little choice, sometimes the queue at the buffet goes to the front door. From the little that is offered, there is often something that is very slow or not at all added. At breakfast you had to wait partly for bread (there is only 1 variety anyway) and butter was not available for the last 45 minutes. On the first evening, only meatballs and salad were available at dinner. No further side dish. And it was 45 minutes before the end of meal time.

Staff are fantastic especially the bar man in the paying bar.

The hotel is very clean and very friendly staff. We lack nothing.

Good food with variety of choices. Hotel really cares for cleanliness. Kids club comes with good ideas for daily program. The best of all, management obviously cares for peoples opinions. I read several reviews before we went there, some of them critical, and I could see that things have been changed according the reviews. Thats very positive. Keep on!

Loved it here, staff polite, animation kept the children and adults entertained. Sergio the lobby bar bar tender was fantastic and the guest liason lady couldn't have been more polite and helpful when I had a small problem, which was my tour operators fault and not the hotels, exceptional customer service. Cleaners, dining room staff were great and the 2 young men and ladies who worked in sailors bar remained polite and professional under a very high volume of dronkers.

The rooms are clean. The maid comes daily, the trash takes out, but the floors do not clean. Because we don't get dirty, it's not critical. The room is neat, not big. The hairdryer, cupboards, refrigerator, TV is there. Wi-fi is only in the hotel lobby, in the room per supplement. Fee. From unpleasant — regularly breaks the elevator. The staff is angolan and Russian-speaking. It was required to lay on the toilet for the child — issued. The food is not all the cook, but you can choose. No one went hungry. The hotel is located away from the sea and the central streets. Up to the sea go 10 minutes, if you find out the right route, if you go through the central streets, 15-20 minutes. As the hotel is on the sidelines, it's quiet enough. Only German holidaymakers make noise. There is a playground and a swimming pool. The animation is very decent. The kids are busy, the music doesn't scream loudly. There's plenty of entertainment on the central streets. If you need variety — to Varna 25 minutes by bus (stop nearby) or by taxi (20 litres).
Those who write that the hotel is terrible are wrong.

Good room conditions and best animation. The food was worst and my kid reach the hospital from the bad food (last day eat some fish fingers). I will never visit this hotel.

We had to be told by a member of staff that she doesn't like German! how naughty you can think but not say! always eat the same! it wasn't taken care of at night that maybe it could be quieter when the party-goers came home! it wouldn't work without ear protection! personal partly unfriendly! Of course not to the Russians, they even speak Russian and someenglish. To get a lounger by the pool best to be there at 7 o'clock, otherwise towels are everywhere on it! and partly half the day! I'm sure I've forgotten a lot!

Had a nice room with a good view but my daughter had the view of the bins which wasn't ideal. People in hotel admin were pleasant but the Germans were very rude.

Great hotel, stayed 1 week all inclusive last week very clean, good pool, great staff with comfortable rooms, and varied food and drink choices.

Biggest Ramschladen. Do the Guests just Want to pull the Money out of their Pockets.

Great hotel. On 4 + service, food, rooms, housekeeping staff-all at a high standard.

Hotel with zero activities! No choice BC buffet level not great things in the morning nn more sometimes croissants than you would say of 3days. Let's say it's a really quiet quiet place. The welcome is warm and friendly. The man in charge of Thomas and Jet tour doesn't know anything about his nice job alone. I do not recommend.

We were skeptical at first because we flew to Bulgaria for a week very cheaply. (may 2018) But the scepticism has changed very quickly in Enthusiasm. It seems to have invested a lot in the last 1-2 Years. Lobby and room clean and modern furnishings, the staff all friendly and accommodating and the food offer (despite low Season) tasty and varied! Our son (2 Years) loved the little Playground. The pool outside is not heated and accordingly cold! For a refreshment but top! The pool inside is heated and everything is clean as Well. Animation does not take place in the low season so I can't say anything about it. The way to EIGTL Golden Beach 15 min on foot! Was the first time Bulgaria for us, and were really positively surprised! We'll be back!

Very clean hotel, room a little small but everything you need. Always eat fresh. There are small snacks, ice cream and drinks all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool very clean but a little small. In 10 min. But you are on the beautiful beach.

One of the worst experiences in my life. The food is absolute garbage, and I imagine that the kitchen staff just takes the cheapest ingredients they can find, cook it and then give it to the customers as an edible product. Ex: grilled chicken breast that has nothing to do with normal poultry meat (it's probably injected with something), mashed potatoes made from powder, frozen french fries, and pancakes with no eggs (just flour and water). The drinks are even worst than the food they are probably bought from the black market or something. They rated this hotel at 4 stars (but belive me 4 stars in Bulgaria are like 2 stars in any normal country). I just hated the whole experience and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with excellent staff. You really do a lot to make your guests feel comfortable… Will come back next year.

For families rather too much hustle and bustle. Because of the golden beach too much loud music and parti. The weather and the sea are a feast for the eyes of children and adults.

No Wifi, not a lot of network (so have good operator), small room, housekeeper who knocked at the door at 8:00 in the morning wakes us, always the same meals (flat not varied), desert too greasy…
But very funny host of the Games activity from Tuesday to Sunday and in the evening the show I find them very funny… ☺

Cheap hotel that lacks a good renovation. The minimum is provided. The staff tries to satisfy the customers requests (change of hair dryer) 500m beyond about beach.

Room Super. Location great. Ideal for families and couples who want to be quieter on the golden sands.

Well, quite a good stay. I think it is possible to describe the hotel, the street, the dining room and the beach. To start with, I want to warn everyone that the hotel does not have its own beach, so we had to look for the beach by ourselves, asked the passers-by, but in the end we found it. The beach is a long walk down the road and the stairs, but the beach is quite nice, except for some of its visitors and the giant waves in the sea. Beach I appreciate 5 out of 10 points.
It's time for the hotel. The hotel is very nice! Very beautiful paintings hang on the walls, a lot of bright and unusual furniture. In the hotel section I will tell about the room. I went with a family of 4 people. The rooms we had were very nice-large spacious bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, armchair and chairs, balcony (overlooking the trash, but it didn't bother us) bathroom with shower (weak shower, jets quite nekudyshnye), TV Vintage (as it still generally It's working? ), a lot of lighting-well, the most interesting is the card, yes-yes card! I was in this hotel for 2 nights in September. It was really good and deserve for a 4-star hotel. Also safty box in the rooms weren't free and you should pay 10 lv for one night. Food was really good and a perfect family atmosphere.

We from Chisinau in 2016 eat 2 times in madara price and quality is not 100%

Room horršij, room only shower terrible until washed the whole bathroom is buried in water + air conditioning didn't work. Tv was not configured showed one channel. There is a nice balcony. The rest of the room liked. At the expense of everything else horrible impressions. I was all inclusive. From eating I'm in complete shock at the second day I could no longer eat what was suggested and after eating lay in the toilet due to nausea. Great selection of food but there is impossible. Even the most basic dishes were horribly cooked everything was there so it's scrambled eggs and pancakes in the morning and that's why she is nourished by local cafes! Small swimming pool with cold water and sun beds are always busy with their very little. There have been cases when in the morning returned with rose in the club room and people ran faster in order to have time to take a beach chair, 8:00 time lying there! Staff nice and helpful.
