Service at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is the purest disaster because the Staff is unkind, annoyed and incompetent. Especially the Lady with the red Hair at the restaurant entrance should urgently improve her rough Form of speech towards us Guests. There would be a few more Examples. The Hotel rooms are very large and with Sea Views. Very nicely furnished. The Gastronomy was not very intoxicating. The Themed Restaurants were half a horror (Especially the Asian Restaurant) Must say that I will look for Alternatives for the next Time.

At first sight not visually appealing, but from the performances an absolutely class family hotel. Very friendly staff, various and high quality all-inclusive offers, both in the food and in the drinks. Nice and modern furnished rooms and short distance to the beach within walking distance. Place assignment at lunch and dinner, thus a very relaxed atmosphere at the meals, which by the way are mostly openly prepared as show cooking. Evening cocktails are also versatile, the animation is reserved during the day and the usual show programme in the evening. The beautiful and clean sea as well as the varied offers on the seafront at very reasonable prices make the trip to the golden sands and this hotel a real recommendation. Tip: The large Wasserrutschenpark in the sister hotel Grifid Bolero can also be used with a free bus shuttle.

The usual almost high end bulgarian hotel, rooms are nice and with a view, that is if you get a room with a view. The beach is very close, the food is so and so, the bar staff is nice if you tip. The hotel speaks mostly french, English and Bulgarian. It is very difficult for people who do not understand these languages to communicate with the staff. Animation for children and adults only in French. To get to the beach, you need to cross the road where all the transport runs (buses, cars, motorcycles). It's very dangerous with kids. Only two sunbeds and one umbrella are allowed on the beach, with a family of four that is problematic. For the following sunbeds you need to pay, although half of the beach sunbeds are empty. On the beach, I have to pay for drinks, even if I have everything on. The rooms in the hotel are good, there is one exception: air conditioning. The air conditioning only ventilates the room, but does not cool. I hope the hotel will correct some of the shortcomings and it will be possible to put the next estimate higher.

I put in here one star, but they do not deserve not even that. It is the second time we come to this hotel and this time the customer service has been horrible since the first day. They discriminate the guests based on their country of origin, which is unacceptable. Moreover, if you have a reservation already made (and on time, with everything paid) they refuse to honor it just because they say that they overbooked by mistake — when they actually do not like you because you come from a certain country. Seriously? Overbooked? If that was the case, shouldn't they refund the money before sending you to a cheaper hotel (which belongs to them as well — how convenient), when you paid for a more expensive one? Briefly: racism, rudeness and low quality service. We will never return.

Very cool hotel all and more and right.

Our holiday was a dream. The hotel is mega! The rooms were really nice and very clean. Everything new! The food was always fresh and much selection, something for everyone here. The staff was always friendly and great animations. A short walk to the beach, are included. It was everything perfect! We definitely come again!

Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly.
However, the bare horror is the food and free drinks.
Breakfast is still ok but don't go the warm dishes from the lunch and dinner. As good all inclusive also nothing if you have to eat outside. About uniformity without really cooking in it. Drinks by the Bank watery, whether beer, vodka or wine.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff in the lobby and the restaurant was nice.
However, the waiter at the bars were demonstratively unmotivated (it happened frequently that a waiter even though only one at the bar waiting for all glasses sorted a). Also four people could consume from our group more nobody after 3 days of the restaurant due to stomach problems, so we were assigned to inclusive foreign restaurants despite all.

Disadvantages: 1) not enough clean dishes at the main restaurant, which is particularly noticeable on glasses and dining appliances; 2) food was nasty in Italian restaurant, especially pizza; 3) paid Wi-Fi works with faults and low level signal.

We were pleased to relaxing 2 weeks in a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed. If 24 hours you want party may be in good hands. Otherwise, the hotel for recreation-seeking tourists is not suitable.

The hotel is nice, I liked it. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean. Clean them during the Minibar is complimentary. But there are also comments:
