My previous experience was good last year. This year the owner lied to us about the place to park the car — she said it was safe. There was a free parking included in the offer so we insisted the car was safe. Instead, she sent us to a place not very far from the hotel but the car was towed — taken away by the local authorities for parking on a site where it was not allowed, despite there were three other cars there. Long story. The worst thing of all is that the owner of the hotel disrespected my demand to pay for the penalty, which would have ended the dispute and I would not have written this negative review. Shame on her! Avoid this place, what they want is your money only!
