Good quiet location, all inclusive lunchtime and evening a la carte, junior suites are available, several pools, direct beach location, little animation, cocktails and coffee at the bars are often recommended.

What a Holiday! 14 Days All Inclusive with wonderful Food and sometimes not having to do anything.
Normally we always have a Program holiday and drive Across the Country to get to know People and Country and we didn't want to do anything except focus on the Holiday and decided with Purpose to an Adult Hotel with À la Carte.
Once you got Medium Water instead of Stylles, it was certainly a Communication Problem. To expect that as a German you order and get an O — juice with a certain Slang in a foreign Country is very daring. Surely you can expect the Service to inquist and make sure that the Guest gets what they order. Only we have learned that there has always been some Improvement in our Stay in Service and the Experience and Skill Has not yet been achieved 100 Percent. Be that as it may, the Service was always 120 Per cent very helpful, accommodating, polite and always had a respectful Approach, without Exception.
The Laundry Service is also, One A. The Wellness Area with the Possibilities to Use is not exactly cheap, but first class and intended to taste the many Possibilities.
A laudable Selection of the Menu started at Breakfast. There was always a Highlight of the Day for Breakfast, Egg Benedict zb. A Four Course for Lunch, a small Snack for the Afternoon, Pizza, pasta, Citizens, ice cream and Cake. At the End of the Day, again a Four Aisle with loads of Salad.
As a Highlight, there were Themed Evenings. A Nine Gang eg. In Fusion.

Good Food and Drinks. The Staff are friendly and the Rooms are clean. The Hotel is located in a quiet Environment.

Just dreamlike. Operation from morning to night. Lunchtime and evening 4 courses menu and selection from three to four menus. Super clean … and mega friendly staff.

A dreamlike hotel right at the end of the gold beach. The party mile is a bit away, so you can enjoy your holiday, and the nights, quietly. Great service, very clean, very good food! It doesn't get any better than that!

I fly time, years, in September there the Hotel staff as the rooms and food are always super nice and I can only recommend further.

Very nice Hotel with Super nice staff, we were from 24.9. To 1.10. In 2016, there will probably come more often here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the Zimmerfee very nice and gave us a conjured through their artfully designed pieces on the bed with a Smile on your face. The food was great and plentiful, the thematic restaurants are top. All round, there is no increase, we were super satisfied.

My parents went there for holidays with TUI. The rooms were just above the kitchen, so wake-up was at 5 AM. No piece, just noise from the kitchen, clinking of cutlery and plates, smell of cigarettes and fumes of trucks delivering stuff all around the clock. My parents came more tired from the stay than they were before.

Great Hotel, nothing to complain about, modern room, friendly young waiter, attentive, top cleanliness, the beach super, location, close to the scene, but it is quiet.

Adult hotel … all meals are served in a magnificent quality… top room… we have the living and bedroom and 2 Flat-screen TV… climate, safety Deposit box, electric kettle and Minibar.

View was super on the sea, the Service was great and the food wonderful, the only suggestion for improvement… More loungers for the Pool and the 2 pools the quiet Pool. It was constant yelling by the children of the now times with the other travelers came what is no Problem and nothing bad but sectioned off area for children only would suit the children better and to vacationers who want to relax.

I put in here one star, but they do not deserve not even that. It is the second time we come to this hotel and this time the customer service has been horrible since the first day. They discriminate the guests based on their country of origin, which is unacceptable. Moreover, if you have a reservation already made (and on time, with everything paid) they refuse to honor it just because they say that they overbooked by mistake — when they actually do not like you because you come from a certain country. Seriously? Overbooked? If that was the case, shouldn't they refund the money before sending you to a cheaper hotel (which belongs to them as well — how convenient), when you paid for a more expensive one? Briefly: racism, rudeness and low quality service. We will never return.
