The hotel is clean and beautiful, people are friendly, good facilities.
I would say not entirely happy with the food and overpriced as a whole. Drinks and coffee quite price in the eating area as you need to pay extra in case we paid so much for room, breakfast and dinner plus therapies. Next time I might go for a cheaper place as I do not think is good value for the money we paid.

The hotel and spa is nice but for a holiday only, not reccomended for medical purpose. Medical staff it's not well trained neither proffesional.

Great accomodation with great spa and good food. The hotel personnel its very fine and polite. For holiday it's fine. Medical center is far from good, it vary much from which doctor will examine you. Most of them don't even know what kind of procedure to prescribe to you. And when they are giving procedures, they don't explain or show what are they for or what kind of effects are doing to your body. They are prescribing just to fulfill the obligation so that you can receive accomodation prices that include balneo procedures. Another story is medical personnel. Probably they think that they are on vacation and that somebody force them to stay on work place and do their work only by pro forma. This is especially for the kinezoterapia room. While the employee was making me a tecarteraphy, was at the same time speaking on the cell phone. He run out from the room before I was ready to leave (somebody was waiting for him outside the hotel). The other personnel were all the time on their phones making a noisy viber video conversatins, chewing a gum and making baloons while making the procedures. As a summary, the personnel is total unprofesional, unfriendly, there is no customer care at all, and there is a feeling that, the staff is paying to the pacients to come over there, so that they can behave as they want — rude, not talkative and arrogant. Nice hotel, clean and modern. Croudy spa centre with with horrable management. The food is tasty but the choice is poor.

Everything is okay, cleanliness kindness bar guys/e reception are fabulous sweet and kind, only thing that sins the hotel and that in the gala music evenings there is no dance entertainment to stimulate customers to the fun.

Really unhappy staff… the hotel is perfect.

Best five star spa hotel in Bulgaria I've been so far. The pools are big and hot, rooms are clean, staff is friendly.

It was a day trip to this very luxurious hotel with nice pools that we left having such bad experience. First of all, how could be possible not to be able to pay with credit card in the lobby bar? Seriously how? Secondly, my child fell and hit his head because the tiles around​ the pool were extremely slippery when wet. I am glad that he did not suffer concussion! Lastly my mother fell under the shower and hurt her arm because of the same slipery reason. This place is not safe at all. Be careful people!
