Lovely hotel, food in the restaurant is brilliant only slight downside is lack of English channels on the TV (not a problem if you are Bulgarian or know the language)

The staff do not see the clients at all, dirty and old fashioned. Great location though, next to fantastic park and metro station, has big potential as a hotel, it is real pity the owners do not invest!

An impressive hotel for its view. Not too far away of the airport. It has good meeting facilities. The rooms are clean and decent. But the restaurant service is just tsrrible the reception staff is much friendlier. Just do not go to the ground floor restaurant. They don"t give you milk for a coffee after breakfast… I mean I thought the old regime had collapse!

Old and high building with clean rooms. A very frequent place with a lot of guests during my stay. Breakfast was fine and typical for a three-star hotel. I saw a condom in the corridor. Not the best place to be.

Excellent room. Clean and light. Airconditioning working properly. Breakfast OK. Not enough variety of food. Personnel polite and helpful.

We arrived at night and could not see everything. Parking is paid in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and correspond to 4 stars. Far from the center.

Good reception — polite, quick. Good parking is free, guarded, let in right when we said we had a reservation. The hotel is old but clearly updated.

Room size is normal for a 3-star hotel. Bathrooms are nice. They have little shampoo bottles and hair dryer, but don't have kettle.

The hotel was very basic and outdated, the breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. The top floor restaurant was however top class in every way, I would not recommend it to anyone for a stay unless you are just popping in for lunch.

Just your average hotel. Good location, right next to Sofia's biggest park and just 3 min walk to nearest metro station other than there is nothing to mention.

A bit old hotel but good service and the panorama restaurant is good for parties and company events. Not bad location, 2 mins from a metro station.

Good location. The rooms and services on the level are worth the money. Good breakfast buffet, fast Wi-Fi, restaurant.

When you enter the hotel you can get that socialism feeling because that's when the hotel was built, but the rooms are actually pretty good and renovated and clean, the towels and bed were tidy. We were on the 17th floor and had an amazing view towards the woods. The personnel was nice. My only complaint was that the heating was turned on to the max when we entered the room so it was like a sauna, but we opened the windows and fixed it up fairly quickly.

A hotel with the charm of the 70s in the Soviet Union. Grey curtains, bathtub without silicone rim, in the room no chair, partly unkind staff. At 7am the breakfast room opens, after 20 minutes came the hot dishes. Stuode when you don't have time. 2 coffee machines with edible coffee, lettering unfortunately only in Bulgarian. Was a guesswork. After breakfast, there is the possibility to have cake and coffee at a stand. In the evening, there is no possibility. Next door are 2 restaurants.

Hotel with large spaces great rooms, located in area near the Metro, breakfast plentiful. Positive judgement.

I don't know if it was a one time incident or what, but the entire lobby smelled like a cigarette. After a short conversation with the receptionist, all the cloths smelled like cigarettes as well. It was really annoying. The Junior suite was big, not too expensive, but very cold decoration. In the junior suite they don't have double beds, only separated twin ones (that you could put together obviously). Breakfast was pretty minimalistic but not bad.

Very good location. Close to metro station and park. Poor restaurants, food and recreational spots. Little feels like back in time travel. Rooms are suitable for short stay. Clean and tidy.

Rooms=smokes cloud! Disgusting rooms with cigarette smokes inside. Seems like the rooms before 24/7 were used as smoking designated spots! No chance to change it even if it is disgusting stinky. Also belongings become stinky. Look for other hotel.

Great hotel for not high fee, convenient parking, two steps to the Metro, near the park, lovely view from the top floors, polite staff. In a room new furniture, after repair, cleanliness, calmness, cosiness. All without any extra pathos, simple and good. Good WI-FI.

Good value for money. There are some modernized rooms and I would suggest studio. Last time it was around 55-60 EUR / night which is quite moderate price for Sofia. Another hint is to book high floor. The view is amazing. The subway station is 3 minutes walking distance from hotel.

A nice hotel with large room and good location with great views. Staff very welcoming. Will stay again.

Double glazing It was a long time to replace for at 1:00 a. M. On the eighth floor I heard what people were saying in the parking lot. Bad smell in the bedroom. (number 822, lux). The cleanliness is not at height, if to move a bedside table that appreciably very much dust. The fridge is almost "dead", the water is not cooled, after complaining to the staff, did not change anything. The breakfast was much scarcer, noticed a difference after a previous stop at this hotel 10 months ago.

The floor staff are rude and no help at all the reception staff were lovely and very helpful food was terrible will never stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Were here at a special Congress Sofia 2015. Everything!
There were small problems with the Wi-Fi-sometimes network obryvalas′. But in General, everything is good.

It looks like a bunker, but it is comfortable.

Incredible hotel, renovated and new stylish apartments. The subway is 3 minutes away from the hotel and it can take you everywhere. The park is next to the hotel, but you can drink a coffee at the summer garden too. Awesome panoramic view from the apartments and from restaurant "Panorama". High-quality servcies and low prices. Must be here.

I have a great experience. The staff is very warm and helpful. Great service. Definitely I am going back this summer. Do not forget to vist The Panorama bar.

The rooms are not bad at all but it's still an old building. Anyways Wi-Fi is a no-go for this monster of the Communism.

The hotel complex is not bad, but the prices were too high, and in any case not to respond to what is offered to us.
