A Great hotel I would happily cone back.

Terrible… To use is forbidden! She didn't even come in.

It's a great hotel for a one or two nights stay. Staff is nice, breakfast great, close to city center.

Nice, clean, great location and easy transport. The service is ok. The rooms are big enough. New furniture. Not a very nice view. Prices are fine. The food in the restaurant was good. Not enough parking spaces.

A typical hotel in the centre of Sofia. Parking is paid separately. Nothing much.

Comfortable bed and clean and fresh room. Also there is a parking with reasonable charge and is secured with surveillance cameras.

Good food and restaurant team but reception team was very rude. We ahd our wedding there and some of our presents are still missing. Rooms were tidy but old fashioned. Thanks to Restaurant manager Ivo for the efforts but the overall experiance was not perfect at all.

The rooms are tiny two do not squeeze the beds spring staff not trained very unpleasant impressions.

Great food Service, cleanliness of the room is good. In General I had some problems with the electric safety key system and some light bulbs.

The hotel is not worth a three French star but still remains correct. Things have to be improved.

Breakfast is very good and fresh. The rooms are really large. There was a problem with the 2 air conditioners that dripped in the rooms (207 + 209) but overall we enjoyed very much and would definitely recommend more people to the hotel.

We choose the hotel, because we have work in the area. But it is not close to the city centre. The bed it was not confortable, the room smells cigarettes. By the way the restaurant was good and not expensive.

It's a 3 star hotel, not 4 star. By far. Though offering good location, rather adequate pricing and fair view of Vitosha mountain. Might have been cleaner considering hotel star rating. Bank cards are accepted. Currency exchange rates ain't the best around (better see the bank opposite side of the road).

Good customer service. Food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and yet very inexpensive. Quick and easy access to the city centre (Serdika) by public transport. Slight problem with shower which wasn't fully rectified during our stay… but it was bearable.

Very nice hotel, friendly stuff and really helpful. In the morning call a taxi to the bus station without problem. Moreover when I forgot my cell phone in the taxi, I called to hotel, they called taxi and taxi driver gave my cell phone back to me. That what really awesome. Thank you. :) With my girlfriend we recommend this hotel a lot.

The most: the comfort of the room, the availability of the staff, the diversity of the breakfast, the quality of the meals/The least: no French or English speaking channels on TV, hotel a little eccentric from the center of Sofia.

Very beautiful and nice hotel. The rooms are clean. It is situated in a convenient location. Has all the necessary amenities. The food at the restaurant was good. The prices are reasonable and the customer service level.

Advertise with sharp prices on the usual sites, but the standard does not live up to expectations.
