A wonderful hotel, with equally good receptionists who are extremely friendly like all the other staff. Wonderful clean, spacious rooms and a great breakfast, I will revisit this great hotel☺

The room/apartment is really nice, spacious, clean and well furnished. Large balconies overlooking all of Sofia. Good breakfast buffet but the restaurant to dine or have lunch I do not recommend: ready-made and heated menu dishes, very disorganized the kitchen and the time of exit of the dishes (we were in 3 and the last person ate 25 minutes after the other 2) absolutely unacceptable. Traditional Bulgarian restaurant tip, really excellent, 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very clean, very friendly and friendly staff. Enough breakfast for bread and salty, better for sweets but still improveable. A two-minute walk from the bridge of the lions. Slightly high price for Sofia.

Disappointing. Reviews online were better than in reality. I ordered a double bed and when I arrived I got two single beds, and they said there was nothing else available. Room had a weird smell of dust and rust. Was hard to tolerate Location is a bit far from the center, about 15-20 minute walk. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was satisfying. Staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful experience! Fantastic hospitality — great and various breakfast, efficient and charming staff, convenient location to the main city attractions. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Very quiet, clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very well located, 15 minutes walk from the Center. Attention: paying parking in the street.

Panorama Suite… but almost no Wi-Fi Diner… Main Dish before Starter Breakfast… Cookies and Deserts.

Air conditioning doesn't work. Tap water changes temperature suddenly. The restaurant is though very good and the staff is helpful.

The hotel is great, fantastic service, don't have dinner in the hotel, I'd recommend going out for dinner, however, breakfast is fantastic.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the mattresses are pleasantly surprised, very soft and relaxing. Breakfast is included and a rather varied menu! Recommend!

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel for business reasons. I would say very good for a 3 star, clean, with all the comforts, friendly staff.

In this hotel is working the most smily team. They are kind and assist you in anything you need. Food in the restaurant is fresh made And beatiful served, breakfast is rich of sweet and salty variety.

4, 5 stars. Nice hotel near the city centre. Comfy and clean rooms. Little scary neighborhood — bad pavements with holes and almost no lights. The breakfast could be slightly better — the scrambled eggs, sausages etc. Were cold. Bread not so good but that's a standard in Sofia. It was a first place where the staff smiled! Thanks for that.

This place is top notched. The room was huge and clean. The bathroom is large and clean. Flat screen TV & air conditioning. Some room's have small balconies. Large selection on free breakfast that starts at 07:00. Beware there is a porn channel on the television.

Great staff. Very nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the hotel is located a block off the main thorough fare on a quaint street loaded with ambience. I will definitely stay here again and refer this location to friends.

It's nice and the internet works great. Too bad they don't provide tooth paste and slippers for the standard rooms.
