During all my travels, This is the worst hotel I ever visit. The staff is unprofessional and the attitudes are very bad. The hotel and restaurant are not clean. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable. The furniture is very old and Rickety. There is no open breakfast buffet because they don't have enough visitors (as they told me)

Good location, but the room was horrible and dirty … the shower and the all bathroom was not good.! we didn’t staying in the hotel sorry!

This hotel sure 3 starts hotel room is so simple and not so clean bed is normal price is about 31 euro service is not so good never helping for costomer for example I want tax receptions is dosen t help u go out call the street taxi. Place is heart of the city.

Expect the worst. Worst Hotel ever. Staff grumpy, no cleanliness, "restaurant" Pezzotto and rooms equally pezzotte. Inside all old and decrepit.

The shower had no hot water.

Food ok, view on the city is great. Often there is no hot water, and the service in the restaurant don't speak English.

Horrible hotel! Miserable! We ourselves actually had a WONDERFUL time there because of how much we laughed with the misery and the disgust of it all!. True story! BUT! What a breathtaking view from the 17th floor… Wow! There's also a threshold right against the windows where you can enjoy the awesome view even more from… They should hurry up and radically renovate the place so that people can enjoy that view, but until that happens I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Old decor but decent for the money and it's location.

Worst hotel that I have ever been to! The room smelled like cigarettes smoke sooo much! The bathroom door was broken, so we couldn't close it. The floor was uneven and there were places that go down when you step on them. Not all the lamps were working. The furniture was very very old and the flooring was very disgusting to step on. And all of that for almost 100 levs a night… I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Not worth the money!

Nice view and location. Friendly staff. The rooms smell very bad. Double rooms are not equipped for two. We asked for second quilt as it was chilly in the winter and the one that we had was small in size (made for one person). We were told that they don't have more and all that we got was just a bed sheet. The music from the restaurant on the first floor can be heard on the 10-th floor.

Hotel is OK, nothing more. Its cheap and in centar of Sofia, staff is helpful. Rooms are dated, they where dated 10years ago probobly. TV is smaller then my mobile phone, picture quality is awful, wallpapers are old, bowed and missalligned. Carpet is patched in my room, and bad at that. How clean are rooms? I dont know, cant really tell because how old everthing is, but I would say its clean. Bathroom is clean. Heating is done by AC and limited at 25°C or lower. Sometimes water in shower is not hot enough, bit on the colder side. Breakfest is great! Everything is cheap so overall 3 stars, I could stay here again.

Price/performance is OK if you are staying in the new building. Rooms are large, the mattress getting used to. Breakfast is unfortunately a bit meager.

Good hotel with panoramic view. Tasty and international breakfast. Staff prepared and fluent in English. Recommended.

For the price, its what I expected. Everything is reasonably clean, and everyrhing worked, but there isnr much polish to the place. The sort of place you go for a few days and soend most of your time outside it. Well located with a metro station on your doorstep and within 20min walk of the city centre and Vitosha Boulevard. Don't expect too much and you wont be disappointed.

Warm welcome, nice staff, the room was clean, with everything we needed and we had a nice view. There is a subway station just right next the hotel.

Ok for a cheap hotel if you're in Sofia for a night out but for anything else probably not worth it. The place looks really tired and there's graffiti in the lifts too. Bit of a mess. I got a business suite for an extra €12 and whilst it's a big room the furnishings are basic and dated.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Good afternoon, but I think I have a great day. I am a beautiful person.

It's old hotel and not so much renovated but the location is perfect. The rooms are not too small. They clean the rooms every day, whatever time you are out of the room. It's only a minute away from the underground station. It's in the central part of the city. They have a restaurant with a long working time. The parking is opened for everyone and not so big (as there is a casino as well) but I had no problems with parking there for 3 days.

Very convenient, Metro in twenty steps.
