Great food at the Panorama restaurant.

Great place, for great price! Nice people.

We spent 5 new year eve in this hotel and panorama restaurant but this is tje last one. Good accomodation good food in the first floor restaurant BUT very poor entertrainment and impossible dj.

Ужасен хотел, който не препоръчвам на никого. Няма съотношение цена качество. Запазихме си стая от най-високия ценови клас, която по техни думи е реновирана. Стаята беше мръсна, с мухъл в банята и с липса на топла вода, в стаята имаше разпадащи се мебели, скъсан и мръсен мокет, скъсани тапети, а храната на закуска дори не искам да я коментирам. Плащаш 140лв за стая и се оказва, че трябва да заплатиш и още 7лв за паркинг за 24 часа… Персоналът на рецрпция е груб и неадекватен. Бяхме с малко бебе и багаж и на въпросът може ли само да се качим до стаята да оставим нещата инще се регистрираме ни беше отказано.

Great hotel. The room was really cozy, the beds were HEAVENLY. It's really modern and I'd totally visit again. Only didnt like what I ordered in the restaurant, the meat was dry and I think it was old.

Great breakfast, great lobby. The rooms are not the best, but are ok. The parking is not free. Internet is only Wi-Fi and is working ok.

Great view of the Danube from the windows of the room! In the room as a welcome gift-fruit! The hotel has its own small territory + parking, descent to the magnificent promenade. The restaurant is very good (ordered fish: Catfish and salmon), tasty and inexpensive.

Big rooms. Excellent personnel. Lobby is perfect. Free and safe parking. Spa but not free. Breakfast is so so. View is perfect. Coffee and tea in the lobby is good. Hotel is extremely big for Ruse. Near to every place by walking. The carpets need to be more clean or vacuumed. But good place to rest and stay.

One of the best high class restaurants in Ruse. Really classy place with comfortable price for the foreign tourist.

To be honest, some things in the hotel froze at the level of the 90s, but given the cost of the room, the availability of air conditioning and the view from the room to the river, then for this money — not bad.

The restaurant was really nice and the stuff were great! But the place so close to the river gives amazing view.

I stayed here for a few nights and it is a superb hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the executive room I had was luxurious with a wonderful view across the Danube. The spa and fitness centre are good and the massage lady is outstanding. I had some deep seated aches in my back when I arrived, she cleared them all. I believe she trained as a physiotherapist as well as a masseuse. Wi fi and air conditioning work well and parking is easy. I have been travelling round Bulgaria for 2 weeks and this is the best breakfast I have had in that time. It is a truly excellent hotel and ridiculously cheap for what it offers.

I live in Ruse and am telling you how awful is this place. Restaurant staff had no attitude. We ordeted beers while waiting to order the dinner. Beers tasted rubbish like water mixture, probably they mix with water to account less sales and staff share some money. Rude waitress left us without dinner. We only asked what time closes the kitchen as we arrived late in the garden of the restaurant and an old lady started tirade about our arrival, the drinks ordered and what do we want at all. Just a simple yes/no answer was required but waitress seemed so angry. Bad rude manner in answering questions about dishes. There are much better places in the town, avoid this mistake.

The Executive Double was perfectly comfortable, with a decent bathroom. Free parking and excellent Wi-Fi coupled with a beautiful view across the Danube and an excellent location close to the city centre.

Take it from someone who has been there. They have very awful rooms and very nice ones. Just you can't be sure where you'll be accommodated. And by awful I mean — stains on the rug, sheets and curtains. Bulgarians will understand if I say — my room reminded me of Sofia Student City conditions. The restaurant is on the last floor and has very nice view and is also very fancy… but the food was rubbish and expensive. My advice is — avoid this hotel if you plan to accommodate business partners.

Top rooms with views of the Danube river (renovated Suite), Top panoramic Restaurant with very good kitchen, a cosy Summer Garden, very friendly Service, good Wi-Fi, free Parking… for me the 1. Address in Russian!

Former Socialist luxury hotel, currently only in 2 floors operated. Very comfortable, but furniture partly sat through and furnishings no longer be 100% functional. But it has charm… and where do you get such generous rooms with a wonderful view on the Danube at such a competitive price.

Really very nice! The Room was super (mine was at 9th floor). The Panorama Restaurant, wondeful. Very Gentle people and very professional. Super!

The hotel is the best in town. I worked there and I'm pleased as a worker. The rooms are very good and the location is a panoramic restaurant with a very good kitchen.

The hotel is one of the emblems of the city and after the last renovation, the rooms and the lobby, are in much better condition.
