It's got a great view, but beach access is by a long staircase or a short drive. The parking lot access is a ramp with a great big bump in the middle — mind your ground clearance! The parking area is small, so arriving early helps. The facilities are clean but poorly maintained otherwise: there might be one whole window blind in the apartment, but certainly not two. Old air conditioner looks like it'll fall apart any minute, but it does a fairly good job. Ancient TV, but you didn't come here to watch TV anyway. Overall, decent value for money, especially for the size, but I wish it weren't being allowed to fade into ruin. Probably won't be back next year.

We stayed in an apartment, which was actually quite spacious. However, this and the view was the only good thing about it. Some cleaning would make such a big difference! There are spider nets, dirty kitchen tiles, falling ceiling plaster… such a pity. We bought some bread and donuts and left in on the kitchen counter in the evening, and the next morning they were invaded by a full colony of ants! The beach is not very close, and the short trip to it includes stairs… too many stairs for my taste. Also, the beds were not very comfortable (for my taste). The land lord was really nice, although couldn't speak English at all — I felt pity for him, hence this 3 stars instead of 2 review. If you want a cheap room, this is the place to go.
