The service was awful… Here is the things happened to us for just two days.
1. The first morning we found mold on the bread. We decided not to complain at first… but now…
2. The air-conditioning is not working properly. It can only be set to cooling… So in rainy windy days, it is cold in the room.
3. While having a breakfast, we, two people, sat on a 4 chair table. Then a hostess asked (almost forced) us extremely rudely if she could place three more people on our table… on a table with four places to be seated 5 strangers. Understandably, we left the restaurant immediately!
4. House-keeping is entering the room regardless of the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. If the sign is there maybe there is a reason for that not to be disturbed…
5. The beach has very little limited places. It needs reservation from the previous day.
6. In the bathroom there is mold in some not hidden places. Also the tap has rust on it.
7. The outside pool is surprisingly cold in summer days and it is almost impossible to use for more than 5 minutes.
8. In stead of one king-size mattress, we have two single mattresses on a king-size bed… While sleeping one of the mattresses slips and a hole about 15-25 cm between the two mattresses appears.
9. The hot water in the shower comes extremely slow for at least 5 minutes.
10. The elevator closes extremely fast and sometimes catches us stepping in or stepping out of it. What would happen if an old or disabled person wants to use it?
11. There is only one life-guard for two big pools. This guy is also responsible for giving/removing towels. I can't imagine a kid drowning because the life guard is folding towels… Of course, there are some good things, like comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean towels, sound-proof rooms, separate bath tub and shower, excellent view and tasty food… but this could be found easily on 3 star hotels also…
