From explicit minuses: — poor housekeeping, but from conversations with residents on other floors we were just unlucky with the maid. She just took out the trash and reported the toilet paper. Requests and tips on it almost didn't work. Change of linen and towels was once for 11 nights; — a contingent of tourists. Most of the rest is Her Majesty's subjects staying in this hotel only for a drink. The British were constantly drunk like pigs and chattered under the hotel Windows hours to 2 nights. Positive: — great location. To the beach about 200 meters. Passing between Helena and the Fiesta fell on a fairly large and clean beach; — located on the outskirts of the resort — a quiet place, however, to the bustling center of SB quite a bit to go; — clean, though small pool with a shallow and deep area. The free space on the sunbeds under the umbrellas were always; — the hotel is small, with 70 rooms, so the queues, hustle and bustle has never been; — two bars. One by the pool worked until 18:30, the second inside until 22:30. Strong local drinks were only available from 18:30. Wine, beer, non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks all day; — decent food. Breakfast is always the same, but with a fairly rich range. Fried sausages, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, meat and vegetable cutting, fruit. On the grill baked pancakes, fried eggs. But lunch and dinner was different every day, with the exception of French fries, pizza (2 kinds), meats. Pork and chicken is always present.

Just returned from a weeks stay here after booking with Balkan Holidays who apparently get constant complaints about this hotel but still sell it!? Would not recommend at all! Dirty, stained towels that are apparently clean. Room never cleaned throughout my stay e. G floors mopped, toilet cleaned. Food was appalling cold or barely like warm & that’s getting in as soon as restaurant opens. Staff were seen putting half eaten food left on plates back into be reserved! Poor choices of menu. We were lucky to escape food poisoning but had upset stomachs & ended up eating out instead after paying for A. I. Drinks are basic can only have wine, beer, soft drinks 10.30am-6.30 pm then only vodka, whiskey added from 6.30-10.30om. No entertainment, hair salon or massages available as stated. Staff miserable & quite rude. Besides going out into sunny beach & meeting some great people with the correct attitudes making us feel welcome & showing us a great time the only great thing about this so called 4* hotel was the wonderful bar tenders who deserve to be commended for their pleasant attitudes, great service & deserve a medal for working in this establishment!

Enough little hotel, absolutely no territory, small pool for kids no Playground, except for one swing, a dining room is not large and if all the inhabitants of the hotel come to eat at the same time, they are not enough. To reach the sea you have to pass two roads bypassing the big two hotels about 500 metres away. Also through this hotel are all the tourists who live in hotels higher on the hillside. Its territory, the beach, sun loungers and parasols paid about 10 Lev.
