When booking a room, clear questions were asked:

The answers were
1 Washing machine in the room
2 If you book a room for a month, after 3 weeks you will be able to leave — the difference will be returned to you.
As it turned out, there is no washing machine in the room! Laundry is paid separately!
After checking in and staying 1 week, tickets were bought and the manager was warned, but the answer came to you the difference will not be returned! We do not know who you booked a room with!

The attitude towards vacationers is at a low level!
I do not recommend the hotel!
