Not bad hotel for just 1-2 nights, but disapointing for longer stay. 1. Cramped rooms where almost all the place is consumed by a large circular bed. Very small balconies. 2. No hooks and no drawers either in the room or in a bathroom. Only one ahelf in a room, hence, no place to put our belongings. We kept ours in 2 piles: one on the table, another one on this only shelf and that was not comfortable at all. 3. Some 5 min. On foot from the sea shore (a rocky clif), however some 15 min. On foot from the beach. 4. Decent, however, all cold breakfast. I believe it would not be a huge investment for the awners to buy an electric warmer to keep at least scrambled eggs warm… Tasty chicken legs and an italian cake! Juice are completely undrinkable and coffee is poor — I expected much better from an italian awner! The food is not covered, hence, it is eaten by flies and even a bird… 5. Italian and very italian tempered awner with all its pluses and minuses;-) If you don't like something he seems to get very unsulted;-) However, the awners are helpful: they tried hard and satisfied all our needs. The wife of the awner is very kind also. 6. The doors of the hotel are allways locked and nobody is at the reception except for a short time in the morning when somebody is checking out. Therefore, if you want to ask for something, you cannot do it, as it is a problem to find anybody… There is no door bell also (at least I haven't seen one).

I don't know how this hotel could possible receive anything but negative reviews. It is a complete scam and nothing like described online. Rooms are very small. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable and smell like smoke. Bathrooms are dirty. Sea view and fireplace don't exist. When I went there it was overbooked and I was expected to stay in a disgusting, unhealthy, very moldy hotel down the street because it was "just me" as the proprietor repeatedly told me. This hotel is a scam and the owner is a complete liar. I strongly advise against staying here.

Very lovely people and very nice place to stay, quiet and peaceful and relaxing, only two bits l lack this being a great hotel, an armchair or sofa in the room and bathroom self to put things on. I have mentioned this to Chris the owner. Great time and cheaper than any hotel l have stayed in, family run small hotels are lot better than queues of 100 for for breakfast and them horrible wrist bands. Keep up the good work Chris and Wife and staff. I'll be back.

Chris, the owner, is the best gay I ever seen. He is always present if you need something, never tired. Mamma Mia you are the best!
