I love the resort. Stayed here a few times this year with my dog, family and friends. It’s been magical times.

Positive: clean rooms, nice personnel, nice Italian restaurant
Negative: Loud music through the whole day from the beach bar, interfering with the loud music frim the next beach bar. Most of the rooms are facing the pools where kids play untill very late at night. If you plan to sleep with a window open, forget about it! The included breakfast is rich in choice but definitely not tasty. Umbrellas and sunbeds are NOT included in the price.
Overall: If you plan a quiet and peaceful vacation, avoid Apollonia resort. It's too overpriced for what it offers.

The staff is not polite, arrogant.

I love the hotel, it’s been 5 years since I came for the first time we were here. 5 years later, the service at the restaurant is terrible. We’ve waited 1 hour! For the appetiser and 1, 5h for the main course… I am so disappointed.

At the restaurant we waited 40 minutes for an appetizer, then they brought the main course before it — two evenings in a row and no serving plates

A great resort, but one serious complaint. You show a beautiful bar pool but no one can ever use it because you allow residents to keep their towels on the chairs all night long so no one can a chair. No resort has ever allowed that. Not fair to everyone.

Horrible room, even if the pool is nice the bed was catastrophic, small and thin : (no window from the bedroom Impossible to change room and the manager doesn't speak English. Photo on the site does absolutely not corresponding to reality. I gave one star just for the pool.

Very beautiful resort on the beach, clean large room with sea view good restaurant also on the beach fresh food it has parking lots not very expensive good cleaning services in the room very easy to come at sea with small children.

Can't recommend this for sure. Constant sewer odor around the complex. They forgot to give us (the staff) bed sheets during daily change, then on check-out they charged me for the "missing" set. No proper cleaning during our 5 days stay. Defentely not worth these 170£ per day for this flat.

Stunning hotel. Very clean and the staff at the resort are amazing.

Good hotel it was located right beside Sozopol beach which was very good. The hotel looked nice outside and inside and there were very few problems. They had a big nice pool with a bar and comfortable beds and a good parking garage outside where a cute cat lived. And friendly host and service which were fun to talk to. Pretty Good price to quality ratio.

I stayed in the apart hotel section of the resort. Rooms had all the required equipnent with super spacy terrace offering wide view over the whole bay. I loooved the sofa in the living room. The resort is placed on the very beach which brings you the options of spending time on the sand or by the hotel pool. Either options are great. Good service at the restaurant. Poor beer variety though. Showers by the pool, some gym equipment in the hotels garden. Entertaining staff regarding your childrens' stay. Overall the resort meets most of my requirements. I would recommend a stay of at least a week…

A good place for a family holiday. Was here once!

Amazing hotel, we had a very spacious apartment (for 6 and we were actually only 4 people), the garden and pool area are great. The staff was really courteous and helpful.

Terrible value for the money. Very unhelpful staff sometimes even arrogant. Some rooms are with view to the sea but it is still far from what other hotels can offer — just don't expect much. Same is valid for the housekeeping. If your expectations are anywhere above low DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

It was great. I realy loved the poolbar. ☺

The most stupid place ever. After not being acomodated properly, we had to wait 20 mins to get our order in the "restaurant" (after which we left). Ahhh. And by the way enjoy the smell of sewers all day. If I had the option I would rate this negative!

Thankyou for a wonderful stay at your beautiful Resort! It was our very first holiday in Bulgaria, and we just loved it! We will definently come back — and would like to stay at Apolonia resort again. Wonderful surroundings and pleasant and helpful staff. Thanks to all and see you again.

High end resort — family friendly, rich breakfast, next to the beach, two swimming pools — one for kids.

Clean, lightfull, wonderful view and service. However the choice of the furniture in the rooms is not big success — lots of "chalga" details. Also bad impression made that the owners reserved all the best parking lots in front of the main entrance for themselves and even when these lots are free the regular visitors have to park in the end of the street.
