The service at the hotel is very bad, they made us leave because the price in their website was wrong. I do not recommend going there. The parking is normally free but the receptionist asked us to pay for using it.

We made a reservation at one price, we paid reservation fee and when we arrived the receptionist told us that the price is double and that we are in error. Then we showed her the prices mentioned in the site of the hotel www. Neptunlozenets. Com and she told us that this is not her site of her hotel and that her site is booking. Com and vipoferti which is absolutely unacceptable. They lied to us and tricked us and when we tried to fight for our rights they started to insult us. They ruined our vacation so I do not recommend going there!
