We stayed here for a week our rooms were not cleaned once, no clean towels and staff are very very rude in fact one of the staff members in the restaurant put her hand up to my face when I asked for butter. The food is terrible just don’t book.

Overall a good experience. The Animation Team was great. Give them credits! :) The guys at the bar are also super duper. The reception team was efficient. The food is good. The beverages… 7 out of 10. The cleaning dep. 8 out of 10. One thing I hate are the taxi pirates. The rates they charge are outrageous. The prices they charge are triple and they don't give receipts… you have to make a contract with a taxy company for better rates. The beach is clean and I love the fact there is no music on the beach. Also, take into consideration to leave the interior pool open at evening and maybe at night. I also recommend the beach bar!

A get away Paradise. And the people — I adore you all — my life will not be the same without you. Aircon in the rooms, plenty of foods to choose from, great fun entertainment for the kids and adults alike. Helpful staff and gorgeous pool area with snacks! I could go on for hours about it all. The Animation team are the life and soul of the hotel, always dancing and smiling, filling many hearts with joy, including mine ♡ Everyone from reception and bars, to the dining halls and cleaners were just lovely and my family will miss you, your hotel and your beautiful country. We were here on holiday with my son and in one word it is not possible to express my enthusiasm from the hotel. Amazing place with nice staff, great food, beautiful rooms, swimming pools, sports grounds are wonderful activities. Huge thanks to the whole animation group, Animation Pontica namely Mariya, Bobi, Sasha, Dima, Jijo, Yana, Marco were absolutely amazing and my son and I were very fond of them and made us so great holiday even better than we expected. Thank you for the week in Paradise. Everything we wanted without a problem and everyone in the hotel is smiling and very friendly. I am excited and thank you for everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. The next holiday will be with you again. Petr and Matyáš Czech Republic.

Very disappointing this not a 4 star hotel yes the rooms are all new but lack the touches of a 4 star like drink making facilities we were promised bath ropes and slippers these were not provided. All drinks are served in plastic cups no problem with this round the pool but in the reception were the only bar was open on an evening you would expect glasses the bar staff have no idea on how to mix and serve cocktails when it rains there is no we're to sit and a 15plus wait to get served by the one bar staff on duty. the 1 restaurant is a joke queues for tea and coffee no cups ended up carting hot drinks in disposable plastic cups the food is luke warm to cold and the kitchen staff and cooks uniforms are dirty days worth of dirt car keys and cigarettes were on the counter whist food was being cooked. The staff are missaberal don't talk to you and some are very rude. The cleaners are very helpful and will smile and do try to talk to you the rest of the staff need to take s lesson from them. There was an occassion when a member of staff was smoking and the cigerate in his whist serving drinks the list is endless take our advice and book elsewhere we have stayed in a 3 star in Sunny Beach that would knock spots of this we are glad to be going home and very sad we chose this place.

All in all, it is a really nice hotel. It is all very modern furnished whether room or the hotel in general. I have to say it's nicely quiet and there aren't so many crowds that you might feel uncomfortable. We have booked a double room Superior. This is really very stylish, but could be a little bigger for the price. For this we have a great balcony with beautiful views of the main pool and you can even see the sea here and there. My only minus point is a bit of cleanliness. Here and there was dust and the mirrors were partially greasy. But the basic cleanliness is present. When eating, there is really a lot of choice, everything you need and imagine. It's always fresh only sometimes not so hot when you come a little later. But overall impression is really great, because also the beach is felt only 100m away. :)

Clean and tidy. Good sized rooms. Food often warm not hot and same most days. Lock your cash away in the safe. I left a small amount of change in the room that was taken. I informed reception and they said they assumed the maid thought this was a tip however we were only part way through our holiday. Good pool area and plenty of sunbeds. Staff generally very friendly.

Even a 1 star is too high. 4 star hotel it most def is NOT. Avoid at all costs.

We are currently staying here we have had the best 5 days, of relaxation and sunshine. From the reviews I was optimistic but the staff are very friendly, rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The food is hot and there’s plenty to go around, I can recommend the bbq and wine cellar. It’s also less than 1 minute to the beach, all in all a great stay.

Nice hotel. Just expanded with 200 extra rooms so havent had time to train new staff properly, and struggling to handle the new workload with lots more people staying here. Will be excellent when they get all the small issues straightened out. Great location for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Hotel personnel are very good. Most speak good English. Food was ok but ran out often. Kids club is not well advertised when arrived. Nothing much around Pontica except a very good beach. No night entertainment at hotel. It is a great bade to travel and the water park is over the road and is very good and no ques.

We are currently staying at this hotel after a last minute booking.
From previous reviews I honestly cannot fault this hotel. Few teething problems with being a ‘refurbed’ hotel. Half is still the old style but they put you in the new.
We were the first guests to stay in our allocated room. So we did expect a few issues, for example no bin or the fridge hadn’t been switched on. The issues we had were resolved very quickly.
It’s a small resort. Coming as a married couple for a relaxing break it has given us that. However if you plan on coming with children there isn’t much here for them.
The food I cannot fault! something for everyone. My husband even had belly of shark today at lunch and the turkey I had at dinner was the best iv ever tasted! The food is hot / warm but as the plates are COLD the food does end up cold very quickly, but that’s just being picky.
we went on the quad bike excursion with TUI and it was amazing! would highly recommend! total blast me and my husband had!
Alcohol, well you definitely get your money’s worth!
All in all I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting relaxation and time to unwind. The food is fine for me not terrible like the reviews iv read. The hotel staff I feel are still learning the ropes of an all inclusive hotel and are doing their best. We’ve always had service with a smile. The new rooms are AMAZING! and the beach is 2 minutes walk away where water sports is avail.

Not 5 star hotel, but good enough. Food was ok, not excellent, but not bad either. Alkoholi drinks were great and they were available 10am to 22pm. You can also ask other drinks, some of staff did those too. Hotel was quite tidy and staff was friendly. If you are going to Burgas, it is wise to order taxi from the hotel. Its much cheeper. Try also the water park nearby. Swimming pool is really tiny, there is also small pool for little kids. Water in the pool was quite chilly in August, but refreshing, because it was really hot. There arent enough sun beds, some guests brought their towels really early, that they got good places. Pool bar wasnt that clean looking, it really needs some improvement. Service was good though. Pool guy is grumpy some times, dont make him mad… Sea is really close, so you can also spend your day in there.

Stayed here for week all inclusive. After the first day we wanted to leave. The hotel is filthy and poorly managed. The pool is filthy with a green scum line all the way around and it is very small for the size of the hotel. If you want to use the pool then get there at about 6am so you can get one of the 20 sun loungers. They advertise a private beach which is not true. The beach is nothing to do with the hotel and is privately managed so you have to pay for sun loungers. Also they advertise a beach bar. Which again is privately owned and you pay for drinks. Do not eat in the restaurant! The food is always cold and always the same poor quality options. When we complained we were told that brits are fussy and to warm our food in the microwave. Do they really think im going to reheat fish and pork in a microwave. Also be prepared to wait for a table or eat with complete strangers as the restaurant is too small. You also have to queue to get your own drinks whilst the waiters stand doing nothing. The bars are a joke too. It takes about 10 minutes for reception to find a bar staff as there was never any one there. The selection of drinks is very poor for all inclusive and the bar closes at 10pm unless you pay for drinks. All inclusive is a wasteof money here. We ended up eating out most days which cost us more money. The hotel is just not set up and readyfor guests with poor service, rubbish food and no entertainment.

Outdoor and indoor pools were cold for September. Food is delicious and varied. Facilities are still in shape but we expected little more from a five-star hotel.
