We visited the hotel several times for health reasons. The mineral water there seems indeed to help in relieving various ailments. The hotel is located in a scenic area, amongst trees and by a river. We were satisfied with all the amenities. Especially the exterior pool is excellent, the massages well done and the hot beds excellent for relaxation. The food isn't five stars, but good enough, more Balkan than international. The only suggestion we could make is to educate the personnel to be more attentive and polite to clients and smile more. Also, to improve their English.
