A beautiful place to ne in Havana though the room rate is on the upscale.

Very nice service and facilities.

Good service and nice confortable rooms. Just be aware of not staying at floor 15th, noisy place when they have activities in a meeting room.

Since I was at the hotel just attending to a test, the receptionist was not quite gentle: she limited her answer to "cobertura" refering to the place I've asked her. The local is nice, well situated in Brasilia and is very clean.

The design of the room I loved, but there are many drawbacks that spoil the impression of the hotel. For example, the water in the sink is poorly descended and below the leak, sticking out sell the heater in the shower, which by the way does not regulated and sparks inside. Given the cost, could be better.

Nice hotel with great service. The position is central and you can reach the most important things without issues. We had a great view from our room but the windows are very thin and the traffic noise was loud at night therefore — 1 star.

The building, however old, is very well taken care of. There is no one place that is left without cleaning and the furniture and decoration are in good shape. Staff is polite and helpful. The only thing that I was recommend they consider upgrading are the toilets, which look like they were brought from a service station on the highway. Other than that, it is a perfect place to go for a dinner or stay overnight.

This cannot be a 5 star hotel at any given cost. Rooms are not that great, service is okay, the breakfast buffet was touted to be very good but it is not. It is okay but not that great. The worse thing is the place does not have any TV channels in English. You complain at the front desk and they say, they will fix it but no one does anything. I complained about not getting cnn international to follow the US elections for 4 straight days, stood at the front desk for several hours trying to explain to the receptionists how important it was but they did not do anything. I have no idea how this hotel will service international tourists when Brazil hosts the world cup in 2014. They are just not ready to receive international guests. I hope rest of Brazil is better than this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The price you pay is not worth the service or the facilities. This place is a rip off.

The plate at the the entry states 5 stars. This is ridiculous, because the hotel isn't really THAT good. Nevertheless I enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms where ok and the breakfast buffet was the most delicious I have ever had. English skills of the receptionists are satisfactory. I did not like that the pool was surprisingly cold (in BRASIL! *wtf*). The quality of the food at the bar near the pool is just very basic.
