The people running this hostel are very unprofessional! The bathroom was very dirty when we arrived and the people at the reception seemed not to care when we told them about it. We where obliged to ask for a broom to clean the bathroom ourselves before using the toilets and taking a shower! I don't think this is acceptable in any place in the world! We asked at least for free towels for retribution but this was also refused by the people running the hostel. Finally we when we used our own towels we were obliged to give proof of our property, as these people thought we were robbing from them something they never gave us! Not a single appology for the dirtyness of the bathroom nor for the wronged suspiscion. This place should not be called a «hostel» if people want to run it with such poor quality of services!
