Friendly, English-speaking staff! Close to Ibirapuera Park. However, not all that close to restaurants, etc.

The staff is amazingly warm, rooms are large, and well appointed… But a little dated, particularly the air conditioning, which was noisy.

Met a friend by the entrance. I had I good impression. That's all I have to say.

Dirty, bad service, maintenance is not good, good view, unhelpful staff.

If you are traveling for work with a team of people this is definitely the place to stay. Not only is it reasonably priced, but it is super nice and is located at a very central location in São Paulo allowing you only a short ride to wherever you may need to go around the city. The staff was super great and the restaurant they have in the hotel is nice as well, but personally I always recommend finding a fun local spot Instead. 10/10 would stay at this hotel again for work.

Fantastic atmosphere. Lodging is perfect and the hotel staff are courteous and professional. I had a great time. The apartments are fully furnished and the kitchenette is fully equipped. Toiletries and towels are generously provided.

Helpful staff, location is good with some nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are cozy and with everything you need. Parking is expensive. Lundy for guests. Breakfast is good too. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great staff (At Breakfast, Ana is always so nice and accommodating! ), great rooms, and great views. Best yet, is the location — secluded, off the beaten path, non descriptive, close to the park and great restaurants all around. Can’t go wrong. It’s where I always stay when in São Paulo.

A nice almost boutique business hotel, more exactly executive apartments. A bit outdated, but with good service and a good bed. Location is perfect in a quiet area with lots of restaurants.

Decent value. Small apartment style accommodations with full kitchen. Could use a little updating but still good overall stay.

Nice apart-hotel with good location. Close to restaurants and shopping malls, there is also a pharmacy close by. Pet friendly place, has arrangement with a pet care centre as well. Will recommend stay with family … if you are new to sao paulo (as we are) to spend your first few weeks till you arrange your car and house etc. We are using a 3room apartment … it has a kitchen with basic amenities for cooking and two rooms large enough for a family of 4. The third room is like an office but could also be a third bedroom. Living room is spacious and has balconies with good outside views. Hotel has a pool gym and restaurant the works for bfst lunch and dinner with room service. Reception also helps you place orders from outside. (Language spoken in sao paulo is Portuguese and so a helpful reception is a great help)

It's in a really nice street, close to the park and to really great restaurants. A quiet place where you can enjoy your night over and rest. The bedrooms are comfortable and we'll designed.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Gabriel from the front desk. Safe area around with nice bars and good restaurants. Will be there for sure when I'm next time in SP.

Room 1210 beautiful sight but a little bit noisy. Overall experience was fantastic. The front desk people are helpful and have a great attitude Both Fernando and Julianna were outstanding What a great experience.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff, rooms, housekeeping and Quench restaurant all were outstanding.

I would add that MEA are better than most hotels I have stayed in Sao Paulo — — roomy, clean, and very private — — the neighborhood is super — — much more quite, very residential. Close to Kinoshita — — best Japanese in S. America according to my colleague in Brasil — — and close to the park for a nice place to exercise. The rooms have hard wood floors, living area, kitchen all for about the same price as a standard hotel. Staff is also very professional, kind, and courteous. I have found my new home in SP — — will not stay anywhere else now.

Second best Marriott ever.

American business traveler. Only one king sized room per floor so they sell out. The king room is fairly sized, but the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The towels are rough. The bathroom counter and shelves look like they are made from IKEA particle board. Neighborhood is boring. The free breakfast buffet is good. It is what you get for a $200 room (1/3 price of a Fasano or Emiliano). Wouldn't recommend it for a business traveler, but good for a couple/family on vacation and trying to stay on budget while still getting a larger room. You can do laundry for free if you have your own detergent and the room will have an ironing board/iron, which the Emiliano does not offer.

Great staff and delicious breakfast. Hot top: Rooms above the 4th floor facing the city/park have amazing views. Re: A Google User who said "Disappointing. The rooms are big, OK. But the staff could be better. " The staff most definitely speaks English, and are very friendly. Your use of English is actually a bit off ("The bod did nothing on *its* own"? ). These are mostly the hotel is actually pretty nice. They have also renovated the rooms significantly since this review was written. Re:11PM. This is actually on par, as many restaurants in the area close by this time. If you want dinner at midnight there are options for that within a 10 minute walk on safe streets. It is a bit expensive but from my experience most people here are international and on business so its expensed.

Disappointing. The rooms are big, OK. But the staff could be better. The luggage boy did nothing on its own. Restaurant staff did not speak english. No welcome drink or anything. Street noise. Restaurant/Bar closes 11pm. There are far better hotels for less money. Way too expensive.
