Really nice hotel. The structure is a bit old. But all the other stuff is really good. Great breakfast and staff. The location isn't good for tourism. But, it may be adequate for business. I recommend this hotel.

Nice room, but with some small troubles inside the room. The food some are excellent options while other are poor… in my opinion it's a good place to stay but I do recommend you to try the local food instead the hotel's options, if you have spare time.

Beautiful place, with taxi access near by, the employees were very polite and helpful. The food was really good and there were plenty of options to choose, nice and complete menu.

The hotel is very clean with a mix of old and modern.
I had to be taken care of by new entry staff, which delayed my income, but overall the service is good.

Breakfast is not good, what I asked for service to the fatty fatty room, the room is clean except for the curtains that years ago do not wash and are toasted by the sun. The Internet service is OK and the service is regular.

Small rooms, endless line ups for check-in and check-out (one hour plus waiting time). Every guest spends 15min or so with check in, terrible process/system. Average breakfast. Expensive parking. Staff is friendly though.

It's a good place, my only complain is about the check-in/check-out service, when the hotel is full, there isn't enough staff to attend us. I wasted around 30 minutes on check-out and as consequence, I almost lost my flight.

The hotel is near a bunch of food stores and restaurants, so it is easy to fill the storage. Also, there's a metro station nesrby, and s shopping mall by 10 minutes walking.

Good: Good staff and room standards (king bed, pillows, shower), excellent breakfast, and a regular TV channel selection (although it's a small TV). Bad: Really poor Internet services (free slow service, or paid "by device" internet service, but even the paid one is poor quality and slow — also it was unavailable for a day, and they charged me). Frequently you will face long checkout lines, and the staff ignores the Melia platinum priority on the lines and by charging the internet.

The hotel is like a mix of retro and minimalist décor. The front desk is a bit slow and you are served while answering calls.

Good hotel. The breakfast buffet is spectacular. Has everything.

TRYP has nice facilities for company events. They served a nice coffee break. The only problem was the lack of recepcionists to guide the incoming people to the correct place.

Nice travellers/business hotel. Well operated and maintained. No iron in the rooms, which is a downside for business travellers. Breakfast is included and is ok as well. Location is kind of a business area, so notbmuch to do beside outside the hotel. In checkout time (morning) only 1 person was on front desk what cteated a line, could be better.

Service take too long to serve you and the options are short. The beer was served in a wine glass… strange but fancy.

O Wi-Fi do quarto é fraco. Da pra escutar facilmente pessoas de outros quartos conversando, oq me acordou de madrugada. Não gostei de ter que fazer um pre aprovamento de crédito no cartão quando entrei, visto que ja tinha pagado o hotel antes de chegar. O cartão do apartamento falou várias vezes para usar o elevador, com várias pessoas. No resto o ambiente é agradável, os quartos são bons, o café da manhã é bom.

It is a hotel with great food and attention. Wi-Fi is bad. Cleaning is regular.

I was 15 days at this hotel for business reasons. Facilities are not bad, but the service is the worst: the reception is very slow, the room card/key is locked and you have to go down to reception (and wait whole tail), room service is very slow (1 h to get a pizza and was cold), and laundry service says that it takes 1-2 days, but there are actually 3-4 days to insist that you bring clothes (calling 4 times) and over lost me a pants and even it I will pay for having claimed after 24 h… In addition, for 10 days I had pay accumulated costs of room, instead of waiting 4 days more than it was when I would checkout and pay all count. This detail is bad, of distrust, which damages the image of the hotel much.
It is the worst hotels that I've seen in my life, I do not return nor free.

Offering free Wi-Fi is a joke since it's a painful connection. Every minute is cut and they have update data of username and password. Breakfast is only saved. Very common facilities. Never more.
