Everything is soooooo bad, I mean very very bad is everything!
To be classified as a 4 star hotel is a joke and very disrespectful. This hotel should be closed immediately for the safe of the guests and also their staff.

I don't recommend it… input charged me 130 real apart, was supposed to be for cleaning! thing that you never saw the room was very dirty and never changed the sheets nor reponian shampoo and cream less soap. The card is desmagnetizaba all the time … the breakfast menu was very precarious … so I had that nasty experience in a hotel that others had the misfortune of having worst experience … would never go.

Ótima localização, há uma cabine policial próxima, além do metrô! :)

It's a good place. Tgmhe structure must be updated, but I recommend.

Terrible experience I do not recommend it, for the better we looked for a hotel I had not fixed the bad references that I had, lights in bad condition, elevators equal, apart to me I missed a garment and did nothing, absolutely nothing with the subject of the loss of clothes, very bad experience with them, has on the outside the facade of being a great hotel and nothing is a fiasco the service… better see elsewhere.

O hotel tem um péssimo serviço ao cliente, quartos empoeirados, cheios de ácaros, com lençóis e toalhas puídos ou rasgados, café da manhã sem opções e o que tem não dá vontade de comer, o chuveiro leva 30 minutos para sair água quente, e a torneira nem depois de 30 minutos sai. Quando você entra no hotel parece que você entrou num túnel do tempo e foi transportado para os anos 80, tudo velho, mal cuidado e de péssimo gosto. Para quem é alérgico, como eu, nunca se hóspede lá. Além do mais, cobra taxa de serviço de 15%, enquanto outros hotéis cobram "apenas" 10%. E quando você precisa de qualquer coisa ou vai fazer uma reclamação — de algum problema no quarto —, o gerente não tem nem a boa educação e treinamento de pedir desculpas pelo incidente, e se prontificar a resolver, fica de cara feia como se você, o hóspede, estivesse errado. Ah, além disso, você tem que pagar o cofre, caso não queira pagar, tem que assinar um termo que diz que se algo do seu quarto desaparecer, o hotel não tem responsabilidade alguma, e caso você resolva não assinar o termo, você não pode se hospedar e ponto. Ou seja, você fica quase refém do que eles querem. Péssimo! Não indico nunca, a ninguém.

Excellent location close to everything you can handle by bus taxi on foot and the subway is close… The spacious rooms the bathroom quite comfortable… what did not like that you did not have water in refrigerator not even a bottle the rest excellent.

A hotel with spacious rooms, three blocks from Copacabana beach. Close to supermarkets and food houses. Just three blocks from the subway.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
On the rooftop there is a swimming pool, with lounge chairs and a view of the Corcovado. Added to a gym and drinks bar. The Relation price product service is very attractive and deserves to be visited.

I rescue the very friendly staff all! Attention at all, whenever we came back to the room it was clean, sheets and towels clean every day, much to choose from at breakfast, great.

It is my third visit to this hotel, good attention provided, but it has lowered a lot of quality, poor breakfast and low quality products, instead of ham palette, little variety of fruit. There were no cheeses, not jabia juices, only synthetic, etc, etc. The list goes on… It's a 4-star rated hotel. The day I climbed the pool was closed. The room did not work the dryer, a broken lamp. Dark Hallways. Lack of maintenance in general. Old towels, stained, worn. Anyway, a lot to improve.

The hotel noticed that at some point it was beautiful. It has a lot of moisture smell in the rooms and no talking on the service ladder. It's a shame it's so a 4 star hotel. The service is excellent, the staff very attentive, the breakfast quite abundant.

Good service… but the facilities are poor… the T. V. It's only in Portuguese language. The room has permanent noise with air conditioning leaks and noises with drain from the bathrooms of other rooms… The bathroom door does not close, it is ajar.

Very good location three blocks from the beach in place 3. A panoramic view from the great terrace with pool and gym. Very rich breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very good. The building is old and there is smell of humidity in several hallways.

Bad hotel, they charge for the security coffer. Nobody ever cleaned my room. The hotel says it is 4 stars but the service and attention is really bad.

The hotel is nice. Old and well preserved. Unfortunately I have to criticize Q if after the check Out provided me place to store my luggage, retiring I wanted to make use of the bathroom and Wi-Fi and denied both things. Wouldn't go back.

The receptionist of the first day were not very courteous nor helped much. The rooms are old, but they're clean. Well located in Copacabana near the metro and beach.

A hotel that says four star but being generous reaches for three. Staff who attend does it without more courtesy, neglected facilities and lack of light. The low-reach Wi-Fi network does not reach the rooms. The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a old hotel with terribles recepcionists. Although my girlfriend and I booked a room with double bed, when we got there the hotel give us a room with two single beds. The room was very old and uncomfortable. Please, keep distance from this place.

Acceptable room, good bathrooms with abundant hot water, very friendly staff, and excellent and hearty breakfast. We spent seven days of the best with my wife.

The most stressant hotel ever! Started from 10:00 to stress with the checkout and entered 3 times on my room before the check out time! The staff is very rude, neither say sorry! The parking cost 65 BRL (20 Euro)! Never again!

Never ever stay here. Its horrible. No daily upkeep, no toiletries. Even the door too the room had to be pushed hard to close it. Charge extra for use of safe. Only bearable thing was the concierge and average breakfast. Noisy air conditioner.

Bad mattresses, simple breakfast, noisy and old AC. One of the bathroom lights kept flickering and one of the power outlets in the room was not working. Noisy employees shouting outside the door. Otherwise, good location and good internet, at no extra charge. Safe costs 5 reais, which is just stupid.

Terrible but I still stay there for the mountain view at the backside rooms and the sauna. That's it.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever been. I went for business purposes and stayed there more than 2 weeks. The hotel is old, the rooms are dirty, the air conditioners are old and noisy. You need to pay the safe and Wi-Fi apart, so prepare more 20 reais per day if you are interested in these services. The pool is small and dirty, the gym is in a 4 square meter space with machines from the 80's which are super dirty. One of the weakest breakfasts that I ever tried in Brazilian hotels. The manager is rude and does not care about the guests. The only good things are the staff and the location. Nevertheless, please do not go there even if it is cheaper than your other option, you are going to be disappointed.

We were there from February 4 to 10, and the truth of any travel agency or website web should have it in the list or recommend it to anyone. Even though I read the comments of people who had been before we saw that it was all true what they said. There is a hotel 4 stars as it says it is. The only thing salvageable is the swimming pool and the breakfast. I never saw a bathroom full of fungus like that and in poor condition. The staff is terrible except for a receptionist. Total antipathy. The hotel is well to recommend it as two stars. It was not worth what I paid. A sentence in that sense because one will enjoy and feel like at home… and for being in a room so I had been in my house which is luxury beside that. The bed had something to you to chop when you acostabas… fleas were not… but not seen that it was. Sheets out because they are smaller than the mattress. The mattress sank. At least the air conditioning running and didn't make much noise. We had room 809 overlooking the morro. Very nice view… When you enter the hotel gives you a good impression, but when the thing salis of the lifts to go to room changes… and when you enter the bathroom you want to go. The Wi-Fi service is payment. In Carnival they charged you 15 Reals per 24hrs. The safe is pay and make you sign a paper to the entry to the hotel should not accept.

It is a 4-star enough come down… the service is pretty poor… charge you absolutely everything from internet, safety box, until the water to mate to 3.5 reais, a choreo! 2 times I had to ask me the piece because the had not done… had q ask q change me towels and replaced the things in the bathroom, I responded as did day by half!

I lived there last year and feeling very bad. Not worth based on the fucking service, equipment and the fucking payment.

I had no problems under my stay at the Royalty Cobacabana Hotel. The breakfast were good and so were the service desk. The room were ok and clean. What more do you want for this fair price hotel.
