Excellent Hotel. They've got everything you need, from a gym to a jacuzzi. An excellwnt room with great amenities. Also, great loocation really close to the sugar Loaf, to a shoping mall, restaurants and public transportation.

Good location, clean. Breakfast. Little better to do on the level of the fruit of seasons. Top breakfast room. Very average home. Little smiling. The reception desk very cheap with all the computers and wires hanging around, I didn't have enough room to fill my hotel listing. When I asked for a suggestion book to make my remarks. They said no.
Well thought out room apart from the toilet door, not practical at all. Top bedding. Quiet air conditioner top.

I have stayed at many Novotel… but this was by far the worst. When we entered into the hotel there wasn’t anyone to help with the bags to your room. They didn’t greet you… just stared at you. The room was severely hot and uncomfortable. They didn’t even have stuff like lotion for you. I would not recommend this place. The location is not for the tourist. It was far from everywhere.

This is a very plain business hotel with a good location, near FGV, a shopping mall, and several commercial streets and small restaurants. The rooms are small but functional. The bathroom is spacious (no bathtub but nobody uses bathtubs anyway…) but the paucity in the toiletries offered was disappointing. Bed was comfortable with basic pillows and sheets. The TV had a good size but the quality of the image was poor. It looked like SD displayed on a basic HD set. The lobby is nicely appointed and the staff was attentive and friendly. Food in the restaurant was quite good but breakfast was very basic (in comparison to other hotels). Overall, in comparison to other Novotels elsewhere (e. G. The Novotel Peace in Beijing), this hotel does not seem to be in the same level, although it was newly open. On the other hand, if one is visiting a local business in Botafogo or have business with FGV, this is a good option.

Everything was perfect. No problem whatsoever. The staff was great and very nice. Hope I get more business meetings next to Novotel.

A fine standard of hotel with good friendly service. Restaurant is somewhat lacking in atmosphere. We did have a disagreement on the last day when they said I could use the jacuzzi after checking out and then backtracked on the offer when I returned later in the day.

Perfectly located in Botafogo, a nice new hotel at very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is nice too.

Good atmosphere, the furniture does not agree with the decoration. They don't light the lights in a timely fashion. The bar is nice.
