Old TVs in the room, with only 5 or 6 channels all in Portuguese. In the bathroom do not have a device to place the soap must be placed on the marble. Breakfast is nothing of the other world, rather poor. One day they forgot to call me at the time that was requested, if that day had been the one I was leaving, I lost the mic. When we arrived nobody informed us that we should not take water from the tap. Both I and my lady had a strong breakdown. Excellent location should improve fairly.

In general the attention is very good. The maid service girls are excellent. The guys at the Beach service are very helpful and always cheerful.
The impeccable reception, except the owner's nephew who is a very poorly gestated and ill-bred kid.

We had a end of year spectacular!. The warmth of all their employees as much as the Silvia, make you feel as in your house. The hotel has many amenities. Something that I found cool is the community kitchen. You do not have to walk bothering to heat water for mate as there you have all. The restaurant is very good, the people cooking both breakfast and dinner with the waiters very friendly. The people of playa will always be attentive to get you a place to put your umbrella. In reception we always explained how to get to somewhere or where to go. They have a great team working to make you a beautiful stay. Many thanks for everything! We hope to return soon!
