The hotel is good, with a large clean room, comfortable beds and air conditioning that works well. The hotel offers breakfast and have an entertainment area, but I haven't experienced both. Considering what I experienced, it is overpriced.

We stayed with my lady from March 18 from 2018 to March 30, 2018, all excellent, since we arrived until we left, very spacious room, nice view, large bathroom and bed kingsize with very comfortable mattress, full breakfast as the best, staff very Attentive at all times, both reception and breakfast and above all the attention of the manager Senor Rogerio to the service of the client.

Hotel that has 4 stars but offers services like a lot of 3 stars. They charge parking and is 3 blocks from the place, the air condition is not working well, the minibar is very scarce, a bag of fries and 2 chocolates lactate, some. Soda cans and water nothing else, not according to a 4 star hotel, the buttons ask for gratuity, no bar, breakfast is scarce and annoy people when breakfast telling them that everything they do not consume and leave at the table charge 10 reais, they have permanently tourist packages, filling in hotel and making it impossible to use the elevators, the swimming pool (which is hot) and the playroom. They have no knowledge of anything to inform the tourist about options to enjoy in Camboriu, control the entrance to the restaurant and measure what each person consumes, taking as a reference that the tourist steals or takes advantage, which makes level down the service. Really a disappointment.

Too much noise, wasn't well. Clean, sands everywhere, next day after went at beach, elevator is extremely slow and small, I use stairs a lot times, needs new pillows and renovate all. The building, location is great. Bathroom shower is very good, poor towels, mold smell, needs urgent renovate.
