Elegance and good taste. Good attention. Large and comfortable rooms. Incredible bathrooms. 3 Restó, Pools and palm trees. Lots of palm trees. Spacious. Place for boys. Spa and Gym. And Casino. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness, comfort, cordiality of all employees. Perhaps little variety on the menus.
I recommend massages with Nancy at the Spa, a genius.
I recommend Luis chauffeur of the hotel transports, super nice and attentive, he took us to Ciudad del Este and Brazil, he helped us a lot. Then we shared a lunch in a Brazilian steakhouse, there we discovered that the drivers do not pay. It makes it a lot easier for us.
do not think of renting a car because there is a shortage of fuel therefore 3 or 4 hours of queue to load.

Beautiful stay, excellent facilities, but that would be nothing without the kind of people who cater to you, who took care of our lunches and dinners, from Juliana who is a sun, to everyone and absolutely everyone from table service, the amazing chef "Ariel" very busy of our daughter (celiac) spoke with us, I solve the bacations.
and a separate paragraph for the boys of the jungle club, my son loved them, and I cry a lot when he said goodbye, Jimena, Guillermo, Octavio and Micaela. We feel very grateful to them, the boys are the most important thing.
they all solved the vacation and made our stay a dream, without them it would only be a Hotel, a building, nothing is much for all of them

Beautiful scenic location and a relaxing outdoor pool & bar area. Very tidy and well maintained. Friendly professional reception and restaurant staff. Helpful room service staff, who promptly attended to my requests. Enjoyed my meals and the breakfast with a variety of breads, cereals, pastries, hot food, juices, tea and coffee. The room was comfortable but noise e. G. Loud music from a neighbouring room was audible, I suggest earplugs. Bathroom facilities were great, with a spa bath to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Did have an issue with a blocked toilet creating a flood. Despite that. I would consider staying there again.

Lovely property walking distance from the town and river. The rooms and service are lovely.

The hotel is well placed with a nice view of the river and close to restaurants and bars. The standard room could have been a lot better and it was a lot of noice from the Casino and nearby rooms. Please also note that they have problems with their payment machines and I was unable to use my credit card twice causing problems. The breakfast is average.

This hotel is unethical and fraudulent — — AVOID THIS PLACE. The hotel itself was fine, but upon check-out they surprised us with nearly $500 of additional "room upgrade" surcharges that we never agreed to — — all because they brought a roll-out bed into the room for our 8yr old son. This was still the same basic room by the way. They also charged us for their crappy breakfast after repeatedly telling us on check-in that breakfast was included with our room rate. The front deck associate became rude and aggressive as we were checking out and trying to catch an early morning flight… pretty much felt like a shake down, and tried to stop my wife and family from leaving. I refused to pay the made up surcharges and walked out because this was not what I signed up for and we never agreed to any changes up-front. They still charged my credit card without approval, and I'm in process now of disputing the charges. Such a frustrating end to our vacation in Iguazu Falls. The hotel was mediocre anyways — and totally NOT worth it based on the hassle and their despicable and unethical behavior. I've never experienced anything like this in more than 20 years of travelling, and this is the first time I've ever written a negative review. Just flat out disgusted with this place.

The hotel is beautiful. The care is 10, both at the reception, the lobby bar and the restaurant. All serve excellent, always with an excellent disposition. The cleaning also. I congratulate the staff and whoever trains them… I have seen them having to deal with tourists complaining about the absurd (such as why it took a steak 10' in to cook and leave the kitchen when the guy wanted to go to play at the casino and not to waste time in the lobby… as if a steak is done in a snap, and another to complain xq I leave it on the floor a bag of c things, and cdo drove the same was in the same place… or is that is a sign of honesty! ). Good to meet the tourists lost the perfection and q applause porneso tbn, and for the enormous patience. I'm going to come back and to recommend them!

The room was very clean, the view is beautiful, the service is very good, the restaurant has options that are very rich. It is close to the center (you can walk without any problems). Highly recommended.

Everything for everyone… The large heated pile is great for days not so warm and the restores have to wait a lot and is not good attention. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location The location and surrounding area is very beautiful, a lot of trees, gardens, birds. The view is fantastic, you can see the three frontiers of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. The Iguazú rivera meets the Paraná river in this point. The pool area is big and nice, there's a Jacuzzi and the view. There's free access to the spa area in the top floor with 2 Jacuzzi's, showers and hot tea and water, the view is amazing. Breakfast is varied, with fruits, juices, pastries, eggs, ham, cheeses, bread, coffee and tea. We had a standard room, nice bed and a good size, the bathroom is basic. Service is very good, we had dinner at the bar area and the food was very good.

The panoramic Grand Hotel was built in the 1950s by the well-known Argentine architect Bujillo in the classical style. His role model was Albert Speer, Hitler's house architect. After my visit to 1972, the facility was converted into a comfort hotel by leaving the building envelope. Already in my time, the panoramic view of the Rio Iguazu, which flows very close by, was stunning.

Very clean and quite rooms with nice toiletries. Powerful shower to get the daily grime removed along with a jetted tub. Many fresh options at the breakfast buffet. Hotel very convenient to "downtown" when taking Brasil street from the back of the property. Staff very friendly with enough English speakers to handle any questions. The attached casino is limited to various electronic games, no cards, or more popular slots. Pool area is large along with outdoor bar. Pricing is reasonable for room and food. Restaurant has both bar and dinner menu if you want to stay in but the town has wonderful options as well.

Hermosisisimo hotel on the banks of the Rio Iguazu with some incredible views.

It lacks some details to have all the stars, in the rest the comments of the waiters to say it gently very unfortunate and talking all the time with the other collaborators did not create the environment they propose. The wine service had few labels and were not in cava, but in a box under the counter of the kitchen where I saw them precisely remove them, so any connoisseur would say that a rest that is worth not keep them like that, less in the weather of Iguazu. The breakfast was very nice. If the waiter had been more polite they could have better grades. We need to train the staff at the rest of the bar.

Unsurpassed view! The sunset from the pool area is beautiful… The cordiality of your staff is remarkable. The comfortable, clean, cozy rooms provide a good rest. Very good location which allows you to walk to the center of the city and explore other fun places. Highly recommended!

I went to the Panoramic's Cassino and it is a good alternative to the persons who don't want expend in dollars. Good service, personal polite and efficient. Good variety of machines, Caribbean Poker and Roulette.

The hotel has an enviable position overlooking the confluence of the Iguazú and Paraná rivers, the triple point between Paraguay, Argentina, and Brazil, and is about 25 minutes from the Argentinian side of the Iguazú falls park. A swimming pool with a smaller hot pool overlooks this view. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the bar service (both in the hotel and around the pool) is good.

Monday 30 June 2014, I came back from being 4 nights (Niagara Falls), in a nutshell, all well, among those who serve there to highlight some (which are those who saved, the path of that establishment) other normal, whereas my experience living in many hotels, I think that okay this Panoramic, but understand deserves to be a 4 *, which is very valid for 5 * must contain many conditions, for those who read this comment, especially for those responsible for this Hotel, do not take it amiss in unn college exam, a note qualification instead of 10 scoop 8ymedio, or 9 by the test should be excellent for 10. Constructively, lacking variety in kitchen, and breakfast is missing, by level of hotel general as commented is 4 * but desayubo brunch is 3 *, Chief or responsible for sector 10 points, to not say no but would think, evil isn't within parameters that express.

This place is amazing. I wish I had spent more time in Iguazu just to spend more time in this hotel. The service here is amazing, we only stayed for the one night but they were nice enough to let us use the shower facilities after we had checked out before our flight. The hotel and rooms are exquisite with beautiful facilities like a pool and play equipment for kids. The restaurant in the hotel produce wonderful meals and the price is quite cheap for hotel food. Would recommend anyone to stay here if it is in the budget.
