Nice hôtel near the airport (with airport shuttle). Breakfast buffet is great with a lot of choice. Hotel has swimming pool, sauna, sport center that are nice! Rooms are spacious though smell like humidity, only bad point.

Good facilities. The only thing missing was the pool to keep the water a bit more careful.

Os serviços oferecidos atenderam muito bem a expectativa. Funcionários super profissionais, café da manhã impecável e todos atenciosos. Pecou no preço da água no frigobar, nos brasileiros não podemos aceitar preços equiparados a hóspedes que pagam em Euro / Dólar. Esse foi o ponto negativo desse hotel. Esse tipo de prática não contribuiu para o crescimento da nação. Hospedei como turista, chegando às 00:45h no aeroporto de Salvador oriundo de BH com a família, tbm poderiam disponibilizar um traslado do aeroporto até o hotel uma vez que fica cerca de 4, 5 KM de distância e os taxistas rodam … erram o caminho pra chegar aos 35, 00 (Trinta a cinco) reais. Escolhi o hotel em princípio pela distância do aeroporto, de la aluguei um carro e subi sentido norte até Alagoas/ Maragogi.

It is one of the closest hotels to the airport of Salvador. It is very comfortable, very good room, very good breakfast and possibility of dinner. Very good attention.
But if you want to know the old town and other places in the center of Salvador you have to calculate that you can lose an hour of one way and one hour back quietly.

Localização um pouco complicado por conta do próprio trânsito de Salvador, mas depois q aprende a primeira vez vai sussegado, quarto um pouco pequeno do que eu esperava mas de todo modo é bom, recomendo fortemente.

I had an all around very spositive experience at Novotel. From check in to check out, all went well. Installations are great.

I travel all around the world for business purpose and experience many different hotel brands. Brasil is an special place full of nice places and friendly people, but there is a big problem in the hotel business going on in Brasil. You pay a lot and recibe less. You pay at this hotel the price of a Hampton Inn suit, and receive a motel 6 room. That's the reality here in Brasil my friends.

This recently opened hotel already feels like an old dirty place; poor maintenance, service, staff training and food quality. Not a Novotoel nor an accor standard.

Well located Clean Restaurant (dinning) is not affordable. Waiting time after ordering b was more than one hour. Taste was ok, price was high I'm waiting time for check-in and check-out was not great The guest services was unable to provide me an extra pillow.

The hotel is clean and beautiful and the food is really good. But, in the morning I had to take a cold shower, because the water wasn't heating up.
