Hostal 360 grados Hotel

Great place. It's very clean and reasonably priced for it's location. The rooms all have ACs so that's a big plus.

Friendly staff and they speak English that was a lifesaver the room are nice and clean.

FRONT DESK SUCKS! Terrible attitude, no Wi-Fi and located in a chaotic place! At first, I was told Wi-Fi was broken, one thing I really needed as a tourist. Room was okay, bath water was quite small though. Breakfast is self-served and you need to wash your own dishes. The place is located in a chaotic market with zero cleanliness. After my 2-hour walk in the city, I came back to the hostel and told the front desk guy that I need a taxi in 10min to the airport. So I went upstairs, took my luggages and came down. My taxi was not there after 15min while at least 3 empty taxis passing by in the meantime. So I asked the guy where is my taxi, then he started to YIELD at me in spanish and asked me to WAIT. It was raining heavily probably terrible traffic and what he did was just asking me to WAIT? I ended up just calling a taxi myself right at the hostel door.

Clean rooms, helpful, 24 hour reception, good breakfast, kitchen sharing. Very sympathetic.

A place spectacular and Trancuilo.

Had a very nice stay The beds are comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices of the stuff you can buy in the hostel are very good. The shower is okay and hygienic with warm water. The location of the hostel is okay too. If I ever came back to scz, I would stay here.

Me encanta este hostel. Las personas son amables y simpaticos. I love this hostel the expereince we incredible. Stayed for about two weeks and at the end of the time never wanted to leave. The breakfast is incredible and the family that runs it care for the guests and cleanliness of the rooms so well. Very clean. The roof is a very nice place to be as well. I would strongly recommend staying for anyone trying to find a hostel in Santa Cruz.

Our stay in this hostel was excellent and the staff was really helpful. We also did the tour with 360 Grados Amboro Tours for 3 days and 2 nights in the jungle and it was amazing! Highly recommanded!

Helpful, friendly staff. Centrally located. The place is clean. Relatively cheap. Private rooms offer towels, tv, and hot shower. Wifi could be better, but this is Bolivia. Breakfast is basic; coffee, fruit, bread, and eggs to make yourself — but it is free! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing. I have never felt more at home and welcomed anywhere! The rooms are great, location is perfect, the people are the best you could ask for. I can't say enough good things. I have enjoyed every bit of my stay here and I will definitely be back. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They are incredibly helpful andgo above and beyond for their guest you're really oneof the family here!

Graet hostel with good kitchen and service.

Terrible hostel, cold water, staff are very rude, uncomfortable beds, they lie about the breakfast, I do not recommend this place, don't go here.

The place is fine, it's cleaned and comfortable. The only bad thing is the location and the form of treatment (it makes you feel uncomfortable) when you say you're going …, but overall it's fine.

Clean oasis in the heart of pretty dirty street market district. Friendly and helpful mr. Landlord speaking English and few words Slovak :).
