Excellent spot in front of our beautiful Caribbean Sea, affordable, perfect roof you can view almost the entire corozal, wow amazing experience with my wife and would encourage anybody d stay and enjoy 2 d max. Friendly staff.

The rooms are okay, A. C. Decent quality beds. Bathrooms are a bit cramped. They charge for everything no leniency.

Great room but they're cleaning early in morning and it loud no problems if your up before 7 but night Dorian was amazing he took great of me…

The building is kinda old, rooms and especially bathrooms could be cleaner… the best part is the staff… very friendly.

It is old hotel with nice view. It has a lot protencial if owner can maintain well. Just like Belize.

So first of all they advertise to book or select ;your room on line. I did that. When we got there and requested our room with a queen size bed that we had selected on line before we got there… the lady at the desk said "oh, we have given that room away. " I said "well what good did it do me to book it online. " She just shrugged her shoulders and offered us another room 3 flights up… steep stairs… 2 double beds. It was just me and my wife but that was totally unacceptable! Also, there is no place to park your vehicle at night… it is right out on the street… easy break-in for anyone who wants to. The lady at the desk was very short and unacommodating to our needs. We left and I will not come again. So BEWARE… they say you can select your room online… they can and will give it away before you get there. David.

Beautiful panoramic view from the rooftop terrace, good bathroom, clean. Nice view from upper rooms. No breakfast, good Wi-Fi but only lower levels. Affordable price. Best hotel in lazy town. Free morning coffee.

The building is a little bit old but the employees are really kind, it is pet friendly and we love the roof, is amazing… Everything is so clean and well organized, also the location is perfect.

Well it was very good on cleanliness the one attendant let in someone up to my room without my permissions and it was hard to get rid of person it was the night shift guy on Nov 27 of 2015 and this person was drunk was supposed to be secure not they let in there friends.

This is a family run hotel. And the warmth exuded by the staff will make you feel like family. Right in the heart of Corozal Town overlooking the Corozal bay, it's a great place to stay while getting your feet on the ground in Belize. Rooms are very reasonable, clean and spacious. Hot and cold shower, don't laugh, not always what you will find in the tropics. Wi Fi available and roof top terrace, 5 floors up, with a view unmatched anywhere in Corozal. Walk up only.
