Everyone at Xanadu was so warm and welcoming during our stay. They were very accommodating and kind. We had a lower level 2br suite which overlooks the ocean. It was great for our 4yr old to have a spot of his very own to play while Mom & Dad relaxed. He also LOVED the pool. The onsite rental of the golf carts was also very convenient! We have been home for 2 days and are already planning a trip back in August!

Great experience! Beautiful views and friendly service. Rooms fully stocked with kitchen supplies which was so helpful. My boyfriend got a jelly fish sting, and the staff were so helpful and called the pharmacy for meds. Would recommend!

I don’t need to go to any other resort. Staff, service, amenities, location, comfort, beauty, and perfection are all right here.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds, rooms, beach, pool — all are superb! And the staff are super helpful and friendly. They arranged everything from dinner reservations, excursions, transportation and even rescued my daughter when the ocean current swept her kayak a bit too far down stream! When they welcomed us with a delicious rum punch, we knew our week was going to be great and we were right! Can’t wait to bring the rest of the family!

I love this resort. The staff is so helpful. The beach is beautiful. The pool is mostly in the shade and it is salt water. The staff is excellent, just one of a kind, they go above and beyond your expectations.
It is also close to groceries, a bakery, coffee and plenty of nice place to grab a bite to eat. I will come back.

We are group of 11 ppl to travel to San Pedro and choose this place to stay for a week and we are all happy of our choice. The resort has its charms with green lushes nice beach view… GREAT STAFF is a must to mention. Melanie, Orlando, Franz and others always be there to answer all questions from guests; they love their job … Love the pool and the jacuzzi, esp at night when we can enjoy the breeze and see all stars shinning above.
Thank you Mr. Peter and Mrs Michelle for making our trip memorable. Will come back and stay here again.

Love this resort. The owner keeps this place as much natural as guests walk around and feel like they’re in Natural Reserve. Everything is looks distinctive from other resorts… we definitely will come back in the future. Kudos again to the owner, Peter & Michelle ❤️❤️❤️!

Fantastic family run eco resort. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Walking distance to everything and a short golf cart ride to everything else. Resort will handle golf cart rentals, transfer flights to island, taxi cost coming and going and setting up excursions at prices cheaper than doing it on your own. Must book up to a year in advance as it’s very popular and fills up with repeat clients. I can see why!

Alberto makes a fantastic Mojito! Jamil, Jessica, all of the housekeepers as well as office staff and groundskeepers are warm, welcoming, and helpful.

This is our second time here! This place is amazing! Each and every one of the staff members treat you as if you were family! It doesn't even feel like a vacation it feels like a family reunion! The staff works there from sunup to Sundown insuring that every one of your needs is met! Oh… and the island… I thought more safe anywhere on this island then I did back in the States! It is not commercialized, therefore you do not feel like you are still stateside. So so much Culture here! This place is extremely affordable you can make payments and it is literally a four hour flight from the midwest.

Stayed here twice in the past couple of years and will never stay anywhere else. Hands down best staff, location on the island, service, and quality!

Xanadu truly is a speacial place. We wanted to have an intimate, stress free wedding, and the staff and owners made that so easy for us. Not only did they make our wedding day gorgeous and speacial, but every day during our week stay was just perfect thanks to the friendly and caring staff, perfectly maintained grounds, and excellent rooms. We stayed in an ocean view room and loved swaying in the hammock on the porch. The bed in our room was dreamy comfortable, and cleaned to perfection every day. If you are looking for a relaxed gem in San Pedro — you’ve found it.

Words can not express how amazing the staff at Xanadu really is… We picked Xanadu to have our wedding and bring 60 of our closest friends and family to join us. We picked Xanadu because it is truly beautiful. It has a peaceful calm about the entire resort with the butterflies, lizards, waterfalls, greenery, hot tub, pool, nature walk, and beautiful rooms but we will always come back because of the staff. Even after the storm, at 7am, the entire place was insanely clean and gorgeous. The staff made sure there wasn't any seaweed (that smells horrible throughout the island) out in front… They always had a smile. They always went above and beyond with anything you needed which makes you feel very welcomed and like family. All of them were so nice and remembered our names and what we liked… They even signed our guest book! I will remember our beautiful wedding that was made even better by every single one of their staff!

The resort is beautiful and the rooms are well stocked and clean. The staff here is extremely helpful, especially with booking plans while you are here.

Nice resort with an overall comfortable stay. The rooms were pretty basic and calling them 'luxury' was a stretch. Our room — suite 1 — was private but directly downwind from a terrible smell coming off the rotting seaweed gathering at the breakeall at the edge of the beach. There was a young man out there trying to clear it out, but the stentch was awful and didn't seem to be a problem at other resorts we ate at along the same stretch of beach.

This resort was everything we wanted and more! The grounds are absolutely incredible; the perfect mix of nature and resort-style. The staff know you by name throughout the whole trip and never hesitate helping with anything you need. With this being our first time to Belize, Xanadu made the experience perfect. We could not recommend Xanadu more.

We decided to get married at Xanadu, and we were not disappointed! They made everything seem simple and easy when it came to planning (big plus for me esp. Since I was all about not having to do much except show up and rock). The resort itself is simply amazing, and a hidden treasure on San Pedro. They take great pride in what they do, and it shows! I could list a million things that I loved including the drinks at the bar, the pool, the hot tub, and dealing with our giant party. However, the thing I love the most is the staff. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door for check-in until you leave. Big shout out to Melanie, Jamil, Alberto, Jessica, Orlando, Ingrid, and the rest of the staff for making us feel at home. This place is simply amazing, and I'm sure they would knock your socks off, too!

Nice, but not luxurious. Self-service for everything, no restaurant attached. Good location close to town. Comfortable, clean, convenient accommodations. Staff very helpful in arranging excursions. Child-friendly, safe location. Limited water access from beach area. And of course, no surf (because of the reef).

Heaven on earth. Really comfortable, clean, pretty. Excellent location, lovely pool area (thank you for the hot tub! ) And a very good swimming area that was easy for my slightly disabled husband to use as there's a flight of non-slip steps, with a railing, that leads well into the water. Very safe. Great staff, lovely accommodations, best general store on the island is just across from the entrance (not next to it). Go!

Beautiful property with great service. Did the "Diver's Dream" package and every detail was arranged fantastically. Jamil is great.

We've been here for two days so far and it so great. The staff are so helpful recommending places to visit and things to do. I can't say enough about the accommodations and the views.

It is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. You serve them well.

My week was very relaxing and low-key. Beautiful and very clean place with some cool nature paths.
