My partner and I have come back to Jans twice in less than a year because it was so spectacular! We each celebrated our birthdays there and both times Jans staff went out of their way to decorate the room and make us feel special. The staff, including Sarah and Lu were so hospitable and always made sure we had everything we needed. They make sure to book your entire trip from the airport, restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Fell in love, been on the island so many times, but the first time to Jan's. My daughter Kirah was actually the one that introduce us to this place, as she went there twice before. I did not regret, its not far from the water taxi, its clean spaious the staff is nice, the anmenities they have was great for the price and yes affordable. I deffinately will be back. Thank You Jan's.

Jan’s Hotel is AWESOME! Very nice people, air conditioner worked great, they come pick you up from the water taxi and load your luggage back to your room, and very affordable! Loved this hotel and the little island of caye caulker! So cute and fun and great food!

Absolutely the BEST hotel I've ever stayed on Caye Caulker. I absolutely love this place. It is very nicely decorated, comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchenette is a major bonus, not to mention the comfy king size bed. The breeze on the verandah makes me not want to go to the beach. Bathroom and entire suite is immaculate. Staff is A1. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Nice hotel right off the main road near the split. The room was very nice and the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and provided transportation to and from the water taxi as well as to the airport.

Had a great stay at Jan's this February. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows, I seriously slept great! The super friendly staff picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry. There was a gorgeous sunrise view from the suit and you are close to everything. Thanks Jan's Hotel!

I have probably stayed at Jan’s 12 times in the last two years. I love it here. Ideal location. Amazing rooms and beds. Will continue to visit often.

Service with a smile. Staff is very accommodating and super hospitable. Rooms are spacious, and very clean. All modern fixtures and high sleep quality mattresses. Highly recommend.

In all fairness, the facilities are new and pretty nice for Caye Caulker but we had a bottle of vodka "disappear" from the room while we were out snorkeling. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she basically called me a lier and said that she was "super bummed that the bottle was missing. " I have stayed at many hotels on the island and never had to worry about my belongings left behind in the room. This will be my first and last time at Jan's.

Wow, great place! Really nice rooms, walking distance from everything on the island, nice rooftop seated, and very friendly staff! Its further from the noise than many other but on a small island, sometimes still hear people in the middle of the night. Coffee and water is included, no food but you want to get out and see the fun options anyway!

We love Neil and Molly every time we stay in Belize it’s at their wonderful location. Fast internet, right on the strip, kitchens in room, AC, lots of pressure on the showers! We would highly recommend staying here!

Very friendly and welcoming staff that had great accommodations. The rooms were recently furnished and were some of the nicer rooms we experienced during our 10 day trip in Belize. The staff was very friendly in providing recommendations on restaurants and guides to book our day trips with. The hotel is in a great central location between the Split and the more dense downtown with the other hotels, restaurants and bars. Be advised that they include a pick up and drop off from the water taxi which will save you $5-10 USD per trip.

If you're comin' to Caulker, you're comin' to chill, and this hotel is the spot to do it. Jan's is a sweet place with friendly, mellow staff and everything you need. Great little balconies, comfortable beds, super clean and fresh, and about ten steps from the sea!

All 3 of are rooms, were clean and very well kept. The staff had great idea on local must see spots on the Island. And the location of the hotel could not have been nicer.
We would definitely be back to JAN'S!

Jan's Hotel is the best place to stay on Caye Caulker. The property is beachfront and served by a pier. The room, bed and linen are comfortable and nicely appointed. Most of the units enjoy a view of the ocean. The staff, for the most part, are helpful. The hotel meets you at the airport with a golf cart to transport you and your luggage to the property. My only reservation is the 10:30 check out time. My flight left at 1:00 so I asked for a 12:15 check out time. The hotel said I could stay until noon but no later. Given 1 of 3 days of my stay was without electricity I thought the request should have been granted. Nevertheless, when my wife and I return to Caye Caulker we will stay at Jan's Hotel.

Just stayed here with a large group. Great rooms with everything you need and crazy good hospitality!

Had a fantastic time staying at the Jan's Hotel! Great rooms with a fantastic view, walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and shops. This is island life! But, the best part was the owners and their staff! We felt like royalty! I can't think of anything they could have done better. Thanks for making my first trip to Belize unbelizeable! Can't wait to come back!

We were so pleased with our accommodations and service we received during our stay at Jan's Hotel. Molly and Neil went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was just as we had expected — — stress free and relaxing. The room was extremely clean, and COOL, which was great because of the humidity outside. The bed was very comfortable. And we appreciated the fact that they met us at the pier of the water taxi and dropped us off right at the front door of the hotel. We would recommend Jan's Hotel to anyone staying in Caye Caulker. It is definitely one the top places to stay on the island. Enjoy!

This is my husband and I fist time ever in Belize. We are both very happy we picked Jan's hotel. From the moment we arrived in Belize they were making sure we had everything we needed. They sent a taxi for us to the airport and had someone waiting for us when we arrived off the boat to take us directly to our hotel. The room was very clean, great air condition, great views, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. We loved it all. The beach here is beautiful and a little more to the end of the heavier people traffic so it is pretty peaceful. They also have security all night, so we felt super safe.

Stayed here at the beginning of November. Initially we were booked in one of the "affordable" hotels and it was not our style. We stopped in at Jan's Hotel, which was just perfect. Air-conditioning, cable TV, nice furnishings, and great bed. I would venture to say this is one of the better hotels on the island. Definitely worth the price.
