Spa day at the castle: nice but the water temperature was not sufficient on a cold day, the water from the indoor pool was downright cold, outside barely lukewarm; there are several saunas, hammans, and rest rooms that are superb with a big downside: all day you hear a horrible elevator music. It's impossible to rest with a little silence. No room offers silence. At the end of the day we had only one idea in mind: to leave. The lunch was varied and of very good quality. The staff are professional and very friendly. Very good quality massages but again with elevator music.

Nice establishment but water a little cold for a cloudy day. Constant music, no space of silence (it's also a question of well-being). Quality lunch even if limited in vegetarian choices. Very kind staff.

It is really a Spa and less a hotel for multiple night stay over. There is not much of activity in the Village and have to drive for a while when visiting some other placed.

Today, 6 June 2018, we had a very good day at the Château des Thermes in Chaudfontaine. Everything is perfect,, kindness of the staff, cleanliness of the premises,, relaxing spaces conducive to a delicious letting go, a delicious lunch at noon EC. Etc.

Very nice location, the spa department is Really a visit worth.

Disappointed…
We went there this afternoon for an access to the thermal baths.
Refuse as we did not book. It is stipulated nowhere on their site that a reservation is obligatory, we made an unnecessary displacement of 56km.
We had as an impression that the access this also makes to the customer's head. We did not arrive pulled with four pins certainly, we arrived relatively casual, but attention the habit does not make the monk…

Place of exception in a superb setting.
I had the opportunity to test the champagne evening during a surprise organized for my companion, she was delighted.
I also had a team building with the work in one of their meeting rooms and the service was spotless.

We had a great day and a night in a suite. The whole accompanied by massage, champagne supper in an exceptional and personal setting to the small care. Great to Redo.

Ideal to rejuvenate, I go alone once a year. I'm taking Oriental care. Ask Johanne she's top. It's my relaxing day just me. I get back from there ready to face the rest of the year. The food is pretty basic but the desserts are down! The work has made the site even more attractive. The price of entry without care is justified.

The setting is ideal for relaxing care always at the top the delicious lunch and with the possibility to choose its Mets a great moment of pleasure and relaxation thanks to the whole team you.

Very nice place to relax. The infrastructure is very well thought out. Explanations are displayed for each space. The staff are friendly and very professional.

Very nice setting, it's true that you have to look far to find this type of establishment. The quality of the massages depends on the person who makes it. I think it exploits the staff according to a confidences of a young masseuse, it is poor its paid to the minimum for a very hard work. Otherwise, I like a lot.

As part of a champagne evening whose price has risen to 95 euros per person without the drinks… We find that it has become a bit pricey despite an excellent meal and very well served… very nice and clean places. We have the sensations that some Spa-side cabins are a bit ' useless and without real interest.

Very nice setting, the quality of care and infrastructure is impeccable. The only downside would be that in the context of the meal 5 services you have to choose 2 entries on 3 choices, so you have to have a chance or love everything…

The All-round happy package — a series of saunas in different temperatures, hammam, infrared saunas, salt saunas, indoor and outdoor pools and much more.
A delicious lunch buffet completes the experience.

A very pleasant place, pleasant stay, good table and good wines, plethora of treatments all more relaxing than the others, rooms very comfortable, modern and well equipped. Warmly recommended.

I have not stayed at the hotel but we spent a day at the spa with 3 treatments and really nothing to complain about! Very nice infrastructure and very clean! The staff were very friendly and the food was great. I'll come back without hesitation!

Beautiful setting. Very clean place. Large selection of saunas and hammams. Not too crowded because the number of people is voluntarily limited by the management. This does not prevent the occasional presence of some unruly people who listen to music with their smartphone but the staff watches the grain. We will go back, for sure.

Came here on a business trip. A lovely place to relax and be pampered — if that's what you want.

Sublime moment of relaxation baths very well maintained and its surroundings a hygiene full for all the complex room wonderful shower bath balcony J spent several dream day and meals are delicious the service friendly as well as for the restaurant lunch or even on the terrace c is still rare these days to see a very nice staff, care is super great thanks to all team including the Aurora Jacobs home.

A little disappointed with the quality of the facilities, virtually no shower didn't work.
No SOAP in the bathroom.
The cleanliness is impeccable (bottom of the dirty pool, a few "tricks" floating in the water, dust on the toilet doors, …).
The only (free) drink inside is a sur-sucre tea.
Care however was nice and breakfast was not bad.

Some notes about our day.
No light in a sauna and hammam.
2 showers in the same room were broken
Beautiful chandeliers but with defective and not replaced bulbs
11: 00 10: 00 one of the toilet cleaning was not validated (Luckily the place was clean)
The handle of the door of a toilet really stuck in hand
A smell of fish in all the space thermal (fresh fish does not smell when it is cooked)
At the restaurant, no towel on the bread slice it without touching
No spoon at the dessert buffet
In short, small details without gravity, but for a day which cost us 312 euros, we expected a better quality.

Very nice place. Calm reign and Zen also. Certainly we need a budget but combinzr baths, meals, and overnight is really worth! It is quite possible to book a stay the weekend end with or without care. Some formulas only on weekdays.

Great place to relax in the space of a weekend.

A very charming hotel set in very pleasant park and wooded area. Comfotable rooms. The wellness facilities were very well planned out with a treatment for everybodies needs, with a warm outdoor pool in a restful area and relaxing upper garden area. The gourmet meal was a set menu which did not change for the three days we stayed in the hotel. The food was excellent and the head waiter Daniel was brillant with his service and his manners nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff. The only negative point was the reception desk when we checked which spoilt our stay takeing all of the positive views. A minor oversight by us concerning a drink at the bar which we thought was included in a treatmet for my wife. The amount was only a trivial €3.50 but the young lady at the reception when to great lengths to tell us that ***NOTHING WAS FOR FREE IN LIFE ***. To us it was not the end of the world and duly paid but beleive the young lady could have been mor courteous. Manners cost nothing. A real shame! I received a great gift and I can't enjoy that week so I'm working! Super disappointed. I strongly recommend you this kind of present.

Hotel with all the comfort that you would expect from such an establishment. Must book and places are limited. This has the advantage of not having too many people at the same time. Lunch (not included in the entrance) is very well made (€25 per person). On the other hand, beware, the invoice at the end of the day can quickly mount.

Very well. Night a bit expensive but very good service.

A beautiful place, the outdoor pool is recommended even when it's cold.
