Regular costumer at this hotel but on the day of a F1 race 40kms away they doubled the price. Still went in and to my surprise the shower was dirty and instead of shampoo they put handwash in the shower. After communicating the problem to reception the only I get is “that’s strange because we have shampoo” (holding a shampoo bottle in his hand). No apologies, no “it won’t happen again”, nothing. After this I don’t recommend this hotel as this is the second time that this happens.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, they even had Quiche.

Not terribly impressed with th restaurant. We were staying for just one night with a Leger coach tour and we were asked in advance if we wanted a set menu for dinner or to use the a la carte menu. My small group decided we would prefer the a la carte menu. However when we went down to dinner they refused to serve us because we were from the Leger tour. We asked that if we had just walked in the from the street and asked for a table would we be served and they said YES! We decided to go to a restaurant in the airport and had a lovely meal. The rest of the Leger group who had the set menu told us that it was not very good, so maybe they did us a favour but we did not appreciate being treated like 2nd class citizens. Apart from that the hotel itself was ok.

Stayed here many times, unfortunately a few of the staff treat English people bad, serving French speaking first. Clean enough rooms, good breakfast average Wi-Fi, over priced food and drinks.

I was very ill whilst I was living there. I can't praise and thank the staff enough for their patience and assistance during my illness. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you staff, I've made a full recovery from my illness.

Nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast was awesome with nice light hot meals, fresh fruits and fresh juice. Delicious and so healthy.

I was there for a two-day training. We spent time in a large room on the ground floor. The room was well equipped with a projector, several whiteboards and an impeccable Airco! There was breakfast and lunch. Both were fine with a lot of amuse-guells in the meantime! Everything was well settled and in order.

Nice room, very quiet despite the proximity to the highway and the airport. One downside, no restaurant at lunchtime.

Not well positioned and missing personal, not good to make a meeting at the bar that actually it doesn't exist as a lounge service. Only good for people that stay there and eat there.

Good position, very close to airport.

Pretty basic rooms in a very convenient location which is close to the airport. Very useful for crew day rooms. There is also a little room which is useful for flight Crews for planning and printing which also has a microwave in it.

The Resturant was great; however, it has Bad location, far from anything, the tap water was not clean, and the gym was very small. Very small.

Steady roaring sound from the air conditioning system, what is disturbing during night. Open the window is not possible. The room was clean. The restaurant is not cheap but the portions are big and tasty. The staff is helpful and friendly.

2 steps from Liège Airport, inside restaurant a little pricey, breakfast in standard.

Very good hotel staff competent and available. The rooms are well equipped and clean which gives a very good value for money. I recommend it. With a hearty but excellent breakfast, made the whole family happy. Finally it is a pretty chic hotel with a view of the airport (track) and close enough to Maastricht and Aachen.

Stayed with a coach group and was treated awfully, put in a back room for breakfast and would not serve us any food of any kind when we arrived even though been on the road for 12 hours. They do not like groups. Staff apart from lady on reception in morning were rude and unhelpful. I would never stay again even though beds were comfy.

The value for money is OK. The cleanliness is definitely something that can improve, especially the bathroom. Beside spots on the counter and mirror, the showering gel was empty and the light not working properly. The breakfast has a big selection, however, the quality of the food is sub par. The egg is made of powder or some ready mix and tastes like paper. The bacon looks and tastes like it has been boiled and the orange juice is mixed of water and concentrate — ok IF the mixture was good but here the juice tastes like oversweetened yellow water. In the end it is no 5* hotel and you have to keep your expectations in line. However, that doesn't mean the staff should not try to give the guests the best experience they can produce.

Nice hotel, positioned right near the Liege airport — unfortunately the airport is not used for the main airlines companies so you still need to travel from Bruxelles to Liege if you have to be there. Clean rooms, very nice and helpful receptionists.

Cons: Small rooms. No room service! No facilities. Pros: Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Close to the airport.

Rather nice and convenient hotel on the Liege Airport but the servers of the restaurants know that one is far from everything and therefore take their time to serve (no stress), the room is noisy and the pressure in the shower next to the 0.
