Rude staff, ruined my breakfast on the last day of my 18 day holiday, won’t be coming back. Lack of costumer service skills. Room had no fridge but had a gap for it, instead there was the biggest TV I’ve seen at a hotel room which didn’t work either. Carpets need a little update, they look very tired. My wife asked if there was Gluten free bread instead she got a very rude lady telling her that this has to be asked in advance. While I’m making my morning coffee from a machine at a hotel abroad having a guy with a tray on my face full of cups asking me to move away is the least I want specially when I’m paying for it. Outrageous.

Un très bon hôtel disposant d'employer sympa de chambre spacieuse et d'activité varier comme la piscine et le tennis de table. Pour arriver à l'hôtel on passe par une forêt, se qui est bien pour l'ambiance. Mais la télévision ne dispose que de très peu de chaîne françaises alors que on est en Belgique où on parle français et néerlandais.

Accommodation was adequate When we arrived the guy on reception wasn't particularly friendly (to us, maybe because we were English? ) Additionally, there appeared to be a mix up regarding the cost of breakfast, on our last morning, thus, made to feel like criminals by the female hotel manager on that day. She made us sit specifically by the bar, so she could see us. Also, had to get our coffees and croissants for us, in case we got more breakfast than we should. I was quite appalled by her attitude, never been treated like. So unfortunately, I would never go there again, or recommend it to anyone else.

If you're visiting brugge by car then great location. Will need taxi to get to town centre and they have a good service available to book on site. Staff where very friendly and rooms clean. However rooms are a bit outdated and food at hotel not great. Would recommend as service was excellent.

Actually they don't deserve any star at all. Although Bruge is beautiful city. The only set back of the trip was accommodation. Rooms average, basic. Worst of all the staff was not very friendly except for the female receptionist. We booked the hotel for bed and breakfast. In case we require dinner we have to make reservation 24 hours prior which is not practical. In case if you dont have anything outside you can simply request for dinner and probably end up going to bed… empty stomach. We were ready to pay the amount additionally on the spot still they refused to serve dinner stating that only one chef was available and the reply we got was from both restaurant and reception was " Sorry we cannot do anything about it you should have reserved 24 hours before that". My question is in case if a guest falls sick all of a sudden do we still get this reply? Is this what you call being hospitable to you guest? It is no point having the ambience if service delivery is poor. I hope the General Manager of Green Park Hotel Brugge reads my comments and do some changes. First of please hire more chefs during the peak season and for god sake please provide training for the existing staff to treat customers whether they are Europeans or not explain the importance customer orientation and service excellence. Overall I am appalled by the services rendered by this hotel. I would NEVER EVER recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Hotel and welcome very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, easy access to the city center.

It's OK overall but we found:-Nails on the wall-mouldy traces on the flush and on the wall of the room-the carpet too worn and dirty (there are everywhere) this hotel does not deserve 3 stars for me even if the outer space is very Good looking.

The rooms are clean and hotel is nice. People are friendly and do their job very well. It's a good place to drink local beer of different tastes. The breakfast is no very diverse, but it is good and well prepared. The hotel looks a little bit old comparing to other hotels :).

Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery… A little out of the way, but that makes the hotel cheaper than others of equal quality. Comfortable rooms but with one small flaw, there are few electrical outlets.

Good for one night… Booked with booking and comes the doubt that they give the reserve rooms… The room was very small Quite dirty and not cured the shower area. Only served by taxi with agreement with the hotel.

We were happy with the hotel, which is located in a green park, ideal for our dog — however on extra charge! Clean, service and breakfast were fine, nothing to complain. Located just outside the city centre, we had a car so transit was no issue.

Stayed for 2 nights in October, location is offbeat, good reception area, ample of parking. Good mid size rooms with small balcony. Shower, bed everything was functional, hence no complaint. If not using public transport, I recommend this.

Friendly staff Overall the hotel is clean. But the price is not at all in line with the service. The rooms are aging, the bedding is very hard. The TV is ridiculously small (like 30cm). The good side to 10min by car from Bruges, 20min from Zeebruge. In short there quality ratio is not at the appointment…

This wasn't a bad hotel for the price and proximity to downtown and seapark but seemed a little dated in certain areas. I liked the walking/bike path that's close by. I would've gave it a 3.5 stars but I wasn't impressed with the breakfast.

Quite a nice place, the staff is awesome, a secluded location and a nice in-house restaurant.

Does not pay mine from the outside but the interior is really nice and quite modern. Is a 10min drive from the centre of Brugge. They offer fairly democratic prices.

I do not know about the other guests I do not like we were in group so some of the staff of the hotel was nice and other no I will never go back to this hotel I did not feel good at all small room for a family there are missing things Don c a microwave to heat a bottle.

It looks like Hansel and Gretel's house in the middle of nowhere.

Very nice hotel, cosi and family Staff are very friendly! We had dinner and lunch at the hotel and it was delicious and fresh. Only downside just 2 French TV channels, otherwise it was perfect.

The room was comfortable & the staff was very helpful. Beautiful setting in the woods. My only complaint is that food in the restaurant which was not enjoyable. Would gladly stay there again.

Far from the city, there is a pool but there is no place to dry towels and swimwear. There is a kettle, coffee, tea in the room. Clean, beautiful rooms.

The staff are amazing and can all speak English very well. The rooms are typical of the number of stars but we found it very comfortable and good range of essentials. They have a good bar. There is also a 26 EUR flat fee for a return to the market which is good value as some of the trips tallied upto over 20 EUR just one way! The beds were comfy and the room warm. Good stay I would stay there again if we were unable to get a room in the town like this time.

Hotel located a little away from Bruges. We need the car to get there.
The room was very quiet. No hot water on our second night.

Good dinner. Be careful to present the 5% offered before printing the invoice otherwise you will not benefit from the offer. Little effort of hospitality for catering staff.

The perfect hotel for motorists. Located in a forest park near the track, not new but clean. A dense and varied breakfast, restaurant and bar in the evening. A small pool outside. I recommend it.

Clean comfortable in the midst of nature. Close to Bruges but you need a way to get around. I recommend it, good breakfast although a bit pricey.

In spite of some reviews that suggested old finishings and the hotel being out of the way. We had a lovely stay because we went by car. Free parking for guests and the hotel has its own restaurant and bar. The staff were kind and helpful. The swimming pool is closed during winter. Not recommended if you dont have your own car because the location is a little difficult to get to on public transport.

Basic furniture and not too clean. Very few furnishings for personal care.

The rooms are large for a 3 star but a bit old. The carpet is stained, and the bathtub accuses the weight of its years with slightly black spots. However, nothing terrible or annoying. The hotel is a bit expensive for what it offers, but accepts the animals. The breakfast is OK, there is everything.

Good value for money. Parking free although hotel is somewhat at a distance from the center, but once you are mobile this is not a problem. Nice pleasant and peaceful environment.

Simple, out of town. There are no shops nearby.

The hotel is clean. It could be definitely renovated. Breakfast is kept simple, but you will be well fed. I personally have missed more fruits/fruits and vegetables. The scrambled eggs were a ready-made dish.

Otherwise it is super quiet in the hotel and in the evening at the bar there is still a bit of something going on. Prices are OK.
The location is not directly in Bruges However, you can get there by car within a few minutes at the main station and here it is possible to park super behind the main station.

Unkempt and "accustomed"

Very good super place near the city center, a comfortable, quiet and safe place to enjoy your stay here.
The facilities are in very good condition and the staff treatment is excellent. ☺

Charming hotels along the highway… 5 minutes from the city centre by plane or C is 1 hour and a half on foot. Ideal for starting a divorce or considering suicide.

The Hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place in the woods. An ideal location for the people who are looking forward for peace and serenity. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. There is a scope to improve the lobby area.

Hotel staff were very good and multi-language capable. Hotel is dog-friendly (although they're not allowed in the restaurant, they ARE permitted in the bar-area — the restaurant menu is available in this area too). Hotel is in need of some redecoration and update — worn carpets in high-traffic areas give an overall view of shabbiness to the Hotel. The same applies to the rooms. Considering the nearness to the centre of Bruges, this is reasonably priced Hotel.

Expensive considering it's location. Rooms could do with a tidy up. Various faults in my room, flickering lights, light switches where the switch was almost coming off, a badly fitted door that constantly scuffed the frame. The breakfast again was for me too expensive for the quality of the food that was on offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short drive to the city, I recommend parking at the rail station, it cost me €2 for an all day park.

Hotel next to the freeway. Fortunately, good double glazing. Lack of air. Carpet full very limbs everywhere.
Really disappointed.

Nice clean welcoming hotel in countryside close to Brugges and the motorways. A good family hotel with pool and nice grounds. The only fault I could find is the limited evening meal menu, but food quality is excellent. Would highly recommend it.

Very good value and convenient for passing through Bruges but needs a freshen up. TV didn't work in the room, ventilation in the shower room is not sufficient and couldn't turn the heating down and because it's next to a motorway couldn't open the window due to the noise. Room is quiet and staff very friendly and free parking.

The main thing that lets this hotel down is the carpets. They are stained and worn which makes this hotel look grubby. I can not believe that the manager of this hotel has not addressed this as this is the first impression you get before you get to your room. The room I stayed in the net curtain had black marks on it that looked like mold. I stayed in this hotel with six friends in 2010 and the hotel was immaculate, I would guess that the hotel had just been refurbished then, it now looks tired which is a shame as this time I returned with my wife. You have a lovely outdoor heated pool but its surroundings looks tired. Your staff are an asset to this hotel, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. I hope that you do not take offence about my comments as I would like to return to this hotel next year if it has been tidied up.

Hotel to renovate, carpet dirty, bathroom obsolete, couch in the room that takes up more room than the bed which suddenly is practically against the wall! More parking space after 10pm… a lot of noise with the freeway and these young people out of nowhere knows where at 7am to enjoy the pool and wake up the whole hotel.

The Leonardo hotel near Bruges is very well located 10 minutes by car from the city centre. The reception is warm and the advice given as soon as we arrived was very helpful. A room is available for children as well as a swimming pool
I would recommend this hotel and would like to go back one day so our stay was enjoyable.
On the other hand, two small drawbacks: the comfort of the mattress, a little too hard and the pastries offered at the bar are too small.

Excellent affordable hotel to accommodate our family of 4 plus our dog. The swimming pool was appreciated by my sons who liked the swim after a long day in the car. The room decor and bathroom is slightly dated but the beds were of excellent quality and we slept really well.

We already knew the hotel to have stayed there before. The last stay is the most negative. The rooms are more and more dilapidated and the cleanliness leaves to be desired.
Only the reception staff kept their professionalism.
Really disappointed with the last stay.

A nice Hotel in the green, quiet, close to the city, nice breakfast, fairly large rooms, many lanes for bicycles around the hotel.

Ok hotel, rooms bit dated and worn out. Pool and kids facilities are nice, as well as the greenery despite of the motorway. Not recommended for a long stay.

The location is very away from the city, the Service is good and the rooms are okay, a little older Design.

We felt in good hands here. Large Lobby with Bar, Newspapers (not in English) and a PC with Internet. Very friendly staff. The room was clean. Our small dog we could take for a fee. Many bus passengers have visited the Hotel. Breakfast room somewhat cramped, and some of the dishes were not always followed. Parking for cars in front and to the right of the Hotel. In the right pane of the buses. The Hotel is very nicely located in a forest. Fast road comfortable in the vicinity, but was not heard from the hotel room.

Air line of 150 m is located next to the highway staff had left though little loswar a lot of time to operate. Rooms were good and clean.

Nice pity that when I went it was raining and you could not go to the pool. 2 min from the city center.

Room okay, Breakfast, unfortunately, not at all.

VERY disappointed in room 21!
-room for disabled person (while my man and I have nothing)
-tiny bath, I class in first in the top worst tubs we have had so far of all the hotels that we did, impossible to relax in two or even alone, because we sit.
-the door window is not at all isolated, cold air comes and we hear of course highway passing just beside the hotel.
-the carpet was not clean either.
-no heating in the bathroom.
-no toilet brush.
-WC great top, much more than a standard toilet.
-No fridge in the room.
-insulation of the room is very poorly made and you can hear everything.
-the TV is small and there is almost no French-language channel, and more frequently stops without any reason.
-the device for polishing his shoes which is located in the hallway claw and the abyss my shoe.
-etc…
This weekend was a gift for my man's birthday and it was very disappointed with this hotel, we would recommend really not and it will banish this hotel chain in the future!

During our stay (1 night in a double room with breakfast) to the subsequent onward, our expectations were not very high. The entrance area and access to the lobby is actually promising. We had booked nothing and were very happy to find an accommodation at all. The requested price of almost 130 euro emfanden we therefore considered appropriate. What then awaited us, this however was disproportionate: stained carpets in lift and corridors, worn inventory and furnishings, rough, dirty hotel rooms. The sink and the bathtub was not clean. There was more hair from his predecessor. The minibar / refrigerator is an empty wooden cabinet. He is simply does not exist. The menu caused disillusion in the Hotelrestauran. Little acceptable selection at over-priced prices. A burger such as 18 euros. However, unless very large according to operation. To the room we took back then about the stairway accessible for guests. There, we discovered that this is used as a warehouse and is schmutztig. Hotel supposedly so quietly in the driveway bordered reality on the one hand on a highway, and on the other side of a highway. It is very noisy at night with the window open. Breakfast OK is up on the rock-hard crisp rolls. The coffee is good. Unfortunately can we this hotel really no longer recommend.

Very good hotel, if you book car for you, because free parking, this 4 km from the centre, it also serves you in Spanish. Lobby cafés hall these places are pretty clean as the room.

Expensive. Some quick design fixes make it look ok on pictures but in reality it is a cheap construction with inferior materials. To be fair, the rooms were clean.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Very nice breakfast. Sadly pool not available for use. Good location for getting to and from the city centre, less than 10 minutes. Will be staying here again. Dank u wel.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Bruges.

Really great. Friendly staff and excellent facilities (nice pool as well). Prices vary by day, but still good value. Clean, tidy rooms which are comfortable and have everything you need (including free Wi-Fi). Excellent stay.
