Warm frame, top apartment! Near the beach. Animals are allowed to come back!

Apart hotel very comfortable with a décor worthy of magazines … Superb.

We have always been very satisfied with our stay at the zon en zee. But this weekend blah blah … first night nothing to say. Second day we had no hot water. We were at the reception and we were told that there was no technician on Sunday (we still paid 102€ the night …). Upon our return on Monday, we mentioned to the lady of the reception, which we responded " we are sorry ". "Madam, you must pay 30€ for the two nights of the dog ". Uh … we had no hot water, we have not paid the dog. Otherwise c is really the first time that we have negative to say about it.

Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, spacious apartment room, adequate kitchinette, comfortable room bedding but NOT that of the sofa bed. Recommend it!

This hotel has a lovely downstairs. Quiet and very chill. Nice outside areas for children to play. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's very quiet. The only negatives would be — the rooms are very old in comparison to the lovely downstairs — the rooms only had an old filter coffee machine. The hotel couldn't supply a kettle — the sofabed was really old and had a terrible mattress. Very poor condition — the toilet blocked twice, although the service to fix the problem was excellent — when you read the details with only 9 mins from here only 12 mins from there you get a false impression of being near things. Don't be fooled. This place is on a street with a few shops but you'll need car transport and to travel ideally. We only walked up to the breach once. It was easier to drive to Nieuwpoort. Also you are constrained for eating choices with only a couple of restaurants. The fish and chip shop on the main street was awful by the way and very expensive! — Wi-Fi internet didn't work on a couple of nights and was generally very slow — they could improve the car park area. Although ample parking. This is on a very rough piece of ground. They could tidy it up my recovering it and making it a proper car park — it wasn't clear from the booking that we would need to bring towels and it wasn't clear when there what we needed to buy. We ended up buying toilet paper, towels etc yet on my return home I see they would have given toilet paper.

Very well. Spacious. Clean and practical. Many small businesses just a few steps away. Car park. Premium!

A lovely hotel, with family or friends. Small bathroom and kitchen think about taking sheets for the dishes. Otherwise very well equipped.

The hotel is welcoming to the lobby. The rooms are dirty and a smell of old sewer is generously released throughout the apartment. They promise a room on the site that bears no resemblance to that given to its tenants. I think this is the worst place I've ever rented.

Was everything OK. Some renovation stake is needed. But clean and orderly.
Not so nice! Reception opening hours should be reconsidered. A disaster.

Good for families! Also for friends!

A 10 minutes walk from the beach, free parking at the Hotel. Our dog was able to accompany US (10 €/day), the beach was not forbidden to Him. At the end of April we were FINE.

All right, no double bed, but two separate beds. Cleanliness of the laundry very questionable.

Nice place to stay. A Max 10 minutes from the dike.

Check in difficult. No towels. Bed sheets pes.

Suffocating room, poorly soundproofed room, you can hear everything in the hallways, on the 1st floor, the other people speak until 1 o'clock in the morning on the balconies, result a sleepless night, only positive point the breakfast.

Great location, beautiful place, lovely apartments.

Excellent! Every time we come to the coast, we reserve this apartment hotel.

The location was great and the hotel was very nice.

Disappointment of this hotel which seemed so attractive on the other hand its beautiful decoration on the ground floor. We were rather happy with the room but what was our surprise when we had to make our bed… hair and hair… (Of all kinds! ) In our bedding…! Just shameful! And very bad insulation… When the wind blew, we felt the fresh air coming in! Very bad experience!

Not far to the beach, super breakfast buffet for 15, — € p. P.

It's a shame the room we had wasn't of the same standard as the foyer and reception. Also, gaining access to the hotel was hindered as the entry code we were given didn't work. If my partner wasn't already in our room it could've meant being locked out for the night! Not happy.

Rather cheap appart-hotel (e. G. 79, — €/night for 2-4 people room) — rooms not particularly clean and somewhat decaying, shower head dirty, ground sand. Very nice.
-Kitchen well equipped.
-10 minutes walk to the beach, about 25 minutes to the shops and tea-rooms on the beach.
Conclusion: OK for the price.

The hotel is cozy, modern and have everything you need and also apartments that are rented beds are very comfortable.
