The room was very bad for the Hotel.

Pleasantly surprised! A 2 star was a bit scary but it's functional, clean and really great location. What to spend a nice little stay ^^

We speak in French and the receptionist responds unpleasantly.
Reception of the room at 3pm… When you arrive the room is still not made.
Considering the price not affordable it is unacceptable without lunch. The price of a 10-year-old's lunch is the same as an adult's. And the rest… full of cached misery not recommended to the family.

Unfriendly staff. Stayed during Himmelfahrt (ascension day? ), and whole town was blocked off. Parking is an issue here, so if you are OK with parking over 600m away in a public car park this is the place for you. Great view. Bars are good and friendly staff serving great Belgium beer. Rooms are basic, tiled floors so OK if the dogs have an accident… Bath room is tiny. BBC 1 on the TV so can watch euro vision song contest.

I strongly advise against saying if you come with a dog, otherwise you will be entitled to a room worthy of a slum. On arriving I noticed that on my wallet, a room number had been crossed out and another set instead. Gravas under the stained and ill-smelling carpet. A kitchenette in a deplorable state unsanitary limit. Notice to this property, I have specific photos. The only thing not to criticize is the recent bedding. One star to be able to publish this notice.

Perfect location on the seawall, super French speaking staff. It was a very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast with real pastries that go to the bakery next to look, real cereals, … We are only going to the when we go to the Belgian coast. Parking nearby. At the port, parking Mons Cher than at the station. Less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The room needed some painting. Water heater was leaking to the closet. Bathroom should be renovated. And hot water ended during first person bath. But for this price and for one night its ok. Good location but nothing more.

Finally a hotel whose other competitors should be inspired very large room of 25 m2 with a comfortable bed a desk a seat 2 chairs and above all a magnificent view of the North Sea with balcony and 2 extra chairs (7th floor) The bathroom is Small but well-appointed with a quality shower (doors and joints that do not leak and not found with molds) I recommend for its value for money off season.

Such a nice concierge! Bart greeted us, showed everything and made it possible for us to put on the wheels. The apartment was small, functional, the direct sea view fantastic! We could have breakfast outside, a bakery is around the corner.

Price bars are good. Room clean. Friendly welcome. Room with sea view is just great. Beds a little too soft. Well suited for weekend trips.

Apartment was alright, but rather basic. Lacking in basic necessities like bowls. Staff was rather unfriendly, even rude. Wouldn't give us a second key card, even though we were four people and paying 270EUR a night.

I say average why because on the seawall view superb room more or less nice but a lot of dust on the beds the smell of bath towels not pleasant the big problem is the lack of space to take breakfast wait for a table to release it for 20 min and also what I do not find good is that breakfast is not understood directly ds the Price of a night and that we do not even right to the room at least 24 hours I think not to return.

Magnificent sea view and very quiet for the night… Very good address.

Very nice location… shower a bit small! a small balcony table would be welcome. Staff very nice and helpful. Lack of power points especially in this era of electronics! we are returning to it without a problem. Thank you for the nice stay.
