Hotel with nice design but the rooms are cramped, damage no bathtub possible, no mini bar DS room, interview to review, simple lunch, democratic price ☺ ️, attention damage the restaurant is closed on Sunday PFFF.

The hotel has a kitsch style, what could be very interesting. But. Everything — from walls to furniture is black and the space is terribly small. Being black painted makes it smaller, almost claustrophobic. I hated the wc/shower without door. You can't farth without your partner hearing it. The closet is litteraly a golden cage (weird) and the space is minimal. Only good thing was the bed, big and comfortable, taking all the space of the so called cabin (even the smallest cabins have doors on the wc and more well distributed space). The Wi-Fi was not working properly, losing connection constantly, very annoying. We didn't survive the night and decided to leave the hotel after 2, 5 hours to have checked in. For those who like weird different places, the hotel should be ok. But I like comfort and privacy, besides being different. Big no no, at least for us. And the prices are not that cheap, so be sure to see all pictures before you book it.

Went to book a room for 10 days one afternoon. There was no one on front desk for 15 mins, then a school student who's part-timer there and clearly had no professional experience or sense of good customer service thoroughly pissed me off by not knowing answers to most simple questions with most responses — Ask my boss, come back later. It may be that most bookings are online and there isn't much work for front office. Nonetheless, no, thank you. 2 stars for the beautiful restaurant / lounge area. Very millennial — stands out from the bunch of standard hotels in area, right up my alley :)

Cozy. Nice staff. Only the windows are not dense and the rooms are very small. Although the beds are luxurious. Clean, tidy and… Expensive. Was about 7-8 different rooms.

The overall experience was okay. But bad things first: The first thing that we sadly noticed was that the staff at the check-in was pretty unfriendly. No one at the check-in has told us what you can do in Hasselt or gave us any other information about the city and life there. The only words that we exchanged were the Wi-Fi Password and the Room number. Another thing that bothered us were the stains/dirt left on the walls and toilet. For that price, I expect a spotless and clean room. The good things are that the concept of the hotel is nice. I like the overall design of the "cabins". Also, the staff that was there for the check-out was very friendly and open to discuss about the small issues that we had with our room. Come on guys, I know you can do better. We'll see us the next time.

Original Hotel! No water in my shower.

Nice Hotel! Just next to the center of Hasselt! Haven't tried the food yet but smells good :) very pleasant staff, comfortable bed and clean! Recommend!

No hot water was provided while taking a shower. And the staff didn't like me because I checked in at midnight. He said dont do this next time.

The conditions are reasonable but the price is a little bit high for what is offered.

Didn't sleep in this hotel, but we had our Christmas dinner in the Italian restaurant which is part of the hotel. The restaurants has a dark but trendy decoration and it feels quite cosy. The food was very nice. And the plates were presented very originally. The appetizer on a huge wooden plank for all to share. And the pasta main dish was served in frying pans on the table, also for all to share. The staff was a bit inexperienced, which caused some waiting times for drinks. But their friendliness made up for that.

Stayed for one night, on new years eve. The staff was really friendly and we felt very welcomed. The room was small but very well decorated. It had TV and AC. The matress was soft and confy. There was a problem on the bathroom sink — which was solved in 15min. The breakfast was very good! Nice pancakes made hot in the moment. I definitly recommend it!

Hotel "Cabins" describes the room exactly. Reduced to the bare essentials.
Otherwise the hotel is very modern in overall style.
For the price but okay. The breakfast is a bit too expensive for €15.
Parking is shared with the Holiday Inn Express and almost always occupied.
You can hear the road traffic in the building.

Nice hotel and nice location. The only rub the dust on the edges of the mirror. A little cleaning is necessary if a customer arrives!.

For a room of 2 people, it is obligatory to put 2 glasses and not 1 alone. To wash your hands, there is no soap. Little Things to review.

Overpriced because of the trendy theme. Rooms are very small with no dividers between bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was okay, but again overpriced for what you're getting. Wouldn't recommend it over similar priced hotels, unless you really love the look of it.

It's different, for sure. But like everything that's different, it's okay for a short try. Long term does not make it.

Lovely rooms with tight design. Funny jokes in small details. Great buffet breakfast to start the day. Although I'm a regular, they're still able to write my name differently every time.

The hotel room is small with really dark ambience. There is no seperator between toilet and the bedroom. Stayed her for 2 nights and disturbed by mosquito in the room. The wall is rather thin so if you are a light sleeper, be prepared to get disturbed with nearby room or people passing by. Got problem with the check in as well. Stayed here for business trip, never had problem before with the company made reservation on behalf of me, but here, they couldn't find my reservation and I need to wait for an hour for them to resolve the issue. Won't recommend this hotel for business trip purposes.

Unique and cosy hotel, full of inspiring and funny quotes. A must for young couples visiting Hasselt!

Great location, warm welcome even though of different language, room and super lunches, nothing to say;)!

Very particular and beautiful, Italian cuisine "tedeschizzata" but good, very helpful staff and cute girls, great location in the center.

Nice and Trendy rooms on checkin we also got free tickets to Versuz a night club in Hasselt. If you are going to Hasselt I Recommend this hotel!

No hot water is no commercial gesture… not even had time to shower… Is the price is not the one advertised.

The bathroom was dirty.
I orderd a pizza from my room. And they brang me an industrial pizza! for 14€. Isn't it a shame?
please avoid this hotel.
oh I forgot the elevator was out of service for my 3 nights stay.
