Excellent place to stay… very supportive staff.

It's a great hotel. Clean. Modern repairs. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Good breakfasts. We were very pleased.

Nice room, everything worked, had a lift and good parking. Nice staff. Restaurant was ok.

Excellent place to stay for one night ; I did appreciate the quiet room, the big size of the room and the breakfast. Also so convenient to park but you need a car to get there. Located next to the highway.

In the night someone tried to break into the room. It's good to shut the latch. Turns out the party gave someone a key to my room. No sleep. I didn't wait for an apology!

I slept there 4 years with IDBUS at the start and OUIBUS to finish and I say Bravo to Stephanie who manages this property wonderfully well Hello to the whole team.

Great location, clean room, great breakfast.

Location was in the middle of nowhere. Basically just next to highway with nothings around except gas station. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was really nice, many options.

Perfect room, on the other hand the service of the restaurant despite a quality dish leaves to be desired, waiting for my dish for 1h while people arrived after me were served before and a person arrived 1/2 after me and took the same was served at the same time … After finishing my dish I waited 30 minutes to be offered a dessert but no one even spoke to me to know if everything was going well like many I have to return to my room with regret… disappointed…

Nice reception. Room small but OK. Only accessible by car. Parking for free in front of the house. More motel like hotel.

The hotel is only within easy reach for motorists with the Brussels South location description. There is NO public transport there. Brussels South Station is also only accessible by TAXI for 25 — 35 EURO!
Pretty bad!

The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfy. The bathroom is all-in-one without divisions so you can shower and pee at the same time wich is weird. The Walls are too thin and there's a door connecting them so you can hear you neighborg sneezing. It's worth the prices. The restaurant was fine, food ok but pricey.

To avoid. The hotel is very close to the highway. It is not very well maintained. Only breakfast is OK.

Simple but nice room with all the necessary. Staff were very friendly. Relax…

This hotel does not have bus stop, train stop, sidewalk. So. If you go walking take care! Breakfast is too nice, you have a lot of to take :) sometimes you maybe feel fight to take a water lol. Room is nice, water pressure amazing, bed was comfortable. The staff is too friendly and smiley.

It's little far away from the city. Public transport is 2 km away… breakfast fast was good… Rooms were clean… Services were good.

Clean Hotel unfortunately difficult to find especially in rainy weather. Otherwise the rooms are clean and the staff welcoming. L Autogrill right next to it.

Since I am in Brussels for work, I have chosen accommodation near my place of work (Audi). And I didn't do anything wrong! Best Western is a hotel chain and you know your way around it. The room with double bed is sufficiently large, has flat TV with some German channels, Free Wlan, is clean and from the shower always comes warm water. The staff is really nice and helpful. Clear recommendation!

Hello nice hotel pay room 10 to 90 euros it's just sad.

Delicious and rich breakfast. Beds were easily located through. Heating only went over climate plant.

Clean, hygienic, ambient-like, beautiful. The rooms are small but fine. They don't include safes and minibars. The breakfast is very nicely made and also delicious, except for the scrambled eggs! The lobby is bright and beautiful, little extras, we add free candies to this modern flair. Only the location is somewhat unfavorable, on a highway rest stop. So you only come to the city by car.

Clean, professional service. But: Location on the highway not really stunning. You have to drive into the city centre. So can't drink beer (why else come to Belgium? ) Room to the outside well shielded, but inside relatively light polite. Scrambled eggs for breakfast absolutely unpalatable: Like plastic!

Relatively new. Clean with a gym for pay (5 euros) depending on the room you booked. It could be already included. Isolated, just off the highway. Breakfast is just sufficient. Not your traditional hotel, because of the location, but you will like the change.

A very good choice for people visiting Brussels by car. They have free parking and the rooms are clean. You can then drive to the metro station close by (named: Ceria, Coovi), park your car for free there and then take the metro and spend the day in Brussels.

5 Minutes drive time to Brussels. It's not 5hat big of a problem if you have a car.

Her quiet street, very loud in the House! Shower splashing in all directions as the head calcified and the shower is not completely closed. No toilet brush, bath ventilation running all night! Room clean and adequate. No large selection at breakfast, the scrambled eggs and bacon are terrible. Like rubber! For 1 or 2 nights enough! Too expensive in my opinion.

Were in transit. The hotel is great, all on the ground floor and rooms and a restaurant. The Breakfast is OK, buffet style. To turn on the light, the special receiver is necessary to insert the room key, take out all goes out.
