Reasonable price.

Very expensive for what you get. If you are lucky, you get a clean room and a confortable bed; if not, you get impolite staff, and a room with lights falling apart and old curtains that do not block outside lighting. I arrived four hours before my boss, who had booked the rooms. I presented the reservation, but the receptionist said that I had to pay both rooms if I wanted to get in. I decided to wait, just to find at the end that, after all, both rooms were already paid. No compensation whatsoever for the mistake.

Hotel was very nice but we did not get our prepaid breakfast because the queue was extremal long. We hand to leave for the airport. We did got a refund.

As affordable hotel/motorway hotels go it's grand. A good option for leaving the car at also and the gentleman working at the reception was great.

Okay. The place is as many of the reviews stated. It's like an adult dorm, but for a stay close to the airport, it's a fine for a night. My room was clean and I slept just fine. The staff is not the warmest and there is literally nothing around but other hotels, but a quick Uber drive took me to nearby restaurants. You cannot walk here! Don't even try it. The uber is just around $10.

A great option for overnight stays — cheap and angry. Yes, spartan conditions (the sink in the room, the shower is also separately made, the toilet is standard), but for the night and early departure from the airport — the very thing. Free morning (from 4ain) and evening shuttles to the airport. Planes from the airport do not fly at night.

No air no air conditioning, the beds were okay, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. It's way out in nowhere. You have to take a long bus ride. The shuttle is only free in the morning.

Classic IBIS slightly out of hand to the city center but not so far from the airport. Public transport not great here, no shops around. It's in a business area, you will need a car to move. Train station about 700 — 1km away, some walking needed not to do with suitcases. Breakfast and dinner in the average. Prices are good, rooms clean, service polite (but for French standards).

Big negative: No free parking in the vicinity, and hotel parking costs €12 at night.

Clean room well insulated from the noise of the planes from the nearby airport, nice staff, just a little dusty attention to allergies.

The guy at the reception is more busy to count his cash than to care about arriving customers and he is extremely rude and unfriendly. The rooms are not really clean.

Very very long queue for breakfast. All the residents of the hotel open for breakfast at the same time…

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. Our checkin-in was dealt with appropriately and we were helpen well. There's one downside: parking is free for 3 hours. After that it's €12 per day for parking. When we came to pay the parking in the next morning the paying machine was out of order. There was no-one to help and there was no other machine as well. We got finally helped by someone in the Ibis Hotel (not the Budget Ibis Hotel)

Basic hotel close to the airport. A bit expensive considering the location and quality. This is a one star hotel close to the Brussels airport. It has a shuttle to go to/from the airport that is convenient. It is shared with the other hotel of the same chain that is at the door. Rooms are very basic but fit for porpose if you are going to spend one nigth. Staff and check in process (Ibooked in advance) was easy and friendly.

Very dirty and lots of insects in the rooms.

Non-smoking room… Smelling a lot of cigarette smoke. Poorly ventilated room. Large parking.

I was in this hotel and the rooms are like mousetraps three people sleep in a big bed and a bunk over the sink in the room that gives in an industrial estate I do not recommend.

Cheap hotel for a short stay before a flight. Very compact double rooms. Shuttle service to the airport available at fixed times dusting the day (Morning and evening time)

Small but cosy rooms. Flat Tv with the possibility to put pendrive (but only to put images and music… they need an update already) cozy double bed and a main drawback that I always find in the Ibis… The general extractor found in the room and not You can turn it off (unless you remove the cap and you put a towel… it will be that I am very sensitive to night noises). Adjustable heating and sufficient. Shower with great pressure but with a door that does not close at all well; Result… soil soaked. Although the parking is paid there are a couple of openings nearby that is parked without problems (see maps). With free shuttle that takes about 25 minutes to the airport and vice versa. Breakfast 7, 50 but as we went out very soon we did not hire him so I can not evaluate… It looked good, though. The worst… the PU * * smell of tobacco, both in the room and throughout the hallway and that is impregnated in walls, sheets and pillows. We pay 47 euros for a double with taxa included.

After notifying the hotel that I would only be checking in after midnight, I arrived at 3:00 in the morning. I found myself in front of a locked door, with instructions to ring the bell. I rang the bell continuously for 10 min. And telephoned the reception simultanuously. No one came to open the door. Luckily, after those 10 min. Another hotel guest, wanting to check-out, arrived downstairs and let me in. He had to go behind the reception desk to bang the office door, and wake the clerk. Had that guest not been there at that exact moment, I would not have been able to enter. The clerk did apologize, not for falling asleep mind, but for not knowing I had rung the bell…

The only bad surprise is the parking to pay on the spot of 12 euros per night not cool anyway.

Rooms are small and much of the amenities are missing. However of you want to stay for transit this is comfy for one night only. Very far from the city center.

Very economical rate but very small room in principle provided for 3 with a mezzanine bed (which was never done between arrival and departure). Breakfast fairly frugal and charged 7, 50 euros per person.
Parking required (12 euros/24h) as impossible to park in the vicinity.
Otherwise value for money very interesting if you do not expect to spend a lot of time apart to sleep there.
The hotel is located on the same parcel as the "normal" Ibis, where there is a bar and a (very) small restaurant.
Free shuttle to the airport if you travel on the other hand, access to Brussels is a bit complicated by public transport. Having a vehicle is almost mandatory.

Cheap and cheerful. We paid bottom dollar so weren't expecting much. The beds were made, clean sheets, floor not swept properly, toilet seperate to shower (both accessable simultaniously). Reception was friendly, will update tomorrow when I've tried their breakfast. Parking is tight and expensive. Not a great hotel but good for what you pay.

Location is great, 20 min shuttle drive from the hotel. I would appreciate it if the shuttle was all-day. Rooms are pretty decent, but small.

The staff are very kind and friendly, it's calm and clean, but a bit distant. However there is a shuttle to get to the airport easily.

Perfect for a stop. The rooms are comfortable. Two complaints The breakfast a little light and the parking paid a 12euros knowing that you have no choice to park your vehicle there is no parking outside…

Located near the airport, it has just the right and necessary to have a good stay.

Small room, no privacy w/regards to bathroom (shower cabin is in room). Fine for a 'cheap' stay as we needed to catch our flight very early in the morning. Shuttle bus was well organised!

Ok for one night. Not that clean or friendly or cheap. Really small room that felt dirty. Breakfast is cheap and tastes cheap too. But all in all as a place to stay at the airport for a night it's doable. Coffee machine was broken when we stayed there. Biggest plus is the free shuttle to the airport.

The room was good. Bed. Bath. Toilet. Nothing fancy but sufficient for any overnight stay. Also free parking for a week when you be flying from Brussels airport. Will book it again.

It is small but the facilities are comfortable and clean, to rest.

The shuttle that serves the airport does not circulate between 10 and 6 p. M. The rest is average. Breakfast is not top but acceptable for the price.

Get what you pay for unfortunately. Dirty small room, terrible beds and pillows and a shower that dribbled the water out of it. Excessive parking charge. Although it had a nice lobby, bar and restaurant area including a nice bit outside with wall heaters.

Rooms not as usual with ibis budget. Very dirty toilet also dirty…
On request the really very friendly staff immediately got a new room that was unfortunately just as dirty.
First negative experience at IBIS budget!

Simple but cheap, what we were looking for!

We wanted to sleep outside of an airport chair. For small budgets and short stays, that's fine. Indeed the rooms are tiny, but it's very clean and the staff is very nice. However, the air conditioning is missing for the hot days.

Lobby and Bar/Breakfast area are nice and modern, but once you get in the lift and go upstairs you enter corridors that smell of stale cigarettes and outdated rooms and corridors. On the plus side they are clean and well kept (other than the heavy smoke smell in the corridors), overall I would still recommend this hotel for short stays.

And very dirty and full of mites and just to avoid.

Nice employees, good services, great steak! Better than I expected, but they have to improve a little bit to get 5 stars! I like the restaurant from the lobby! Full of people… Good to watch a footbal match, eat dinner or just have a drink…

I just stayed one night, the shuttle in the morning is so crowd. The breakfast is enough for 7, 5 €. The only thing is that they share the restaurant with Ibis hotel, and the restaurant is only opened from 6 to 10 pm.

Great value for money (a star where nothing is missing, clean and efficient, shuttle every 15 not to airport) especially in 2/3 people per room.

Suitable only to sleep for a couple of hours. Everything is plastic, dirty.

Staff unfriendly and not professional. We booked and paid for 3weeks. Each day we came, the staff couldn't find our booking info… On the 2nd day, we present ourselves at front desk and they give us key to already booked room by other people… Totally NOT PRO. Furthermore we booked non-smoking room and got 2days in a row smoking room smelling like cold smoke, totally DISGUSTING. (Knowing that in belgium law, it's forbidden to smoke in enclosed public places)! Totally unreal! Very disappointed and unhappy with the service in this hotel, still no solution or compensation whatsoever founded today!

The staff were so nice, really flexible and accommodating. The rooms are compact, clean and well designed. The sheets were spotless and crisp. Free fast Wi-Fi for the whole stay. Brilliant budget choice, I couldn't have asked for more from a budget airport hotel. I can't understand how anyone would complain! For the price, it's great.

High prices, low quality. Considering the price… It is revolting … Only the competent people working there makes It less of a shame for the hotel industry.

The staff were friendly, but be careful. We called in for a reservation and there was none when I arrived. They did not tell me about the bus schedule to the airport and therefore I had to wait 40 minutes for the bus that I assumed would do the 10 minute treck more than every hour or so. Thankfully I had the time. I ate breakfast at the hotel and could not find anyone to help. I went to the front desk to pay and the price was 3x higher than the sign I saw. The bar tender forgot and mistakenly tried to keep my change the night before… I believe an honest mistake. The rooms in the Ibis Budget resemble a hospital room. Very rudimentary and I only suggest if you are alone and staying for one night… Other than this it was a pleasant stay. I did not need much, did not pay much and did receive much… seemed like a fair 3 stars…

The staff in the restaurant were rude. The pricing was misleading; "all-inclusive" does not include car parking, for instance, or even toiletries. The facilities were extremely basic (no room service, no mini bar — not even a kettle). But, worst of all, my toilet had not been cleaned. If I could give this poor excuse for a hotel zero stars out of five, I would. I will not be staying in this hotel again, and I would advise others not to either — unless they like the look of other peoples' faeces in their rooms.

Very small, cold and noisy rooms. Iron only in a hallway. Typical budget airport hotel. Staff is very friendly but I still wouldn't recommend it for longer than one night stays.

A hotel that meets the Ibis chain, at the same price as in France. Only allowing 4 star instead of 5, the restaurant was closed during my stay, so obligation to eat is Snacks, in a restaurant outside the hotel.

Insulation is not correct. No bath. The price of breakfast is exorbitant (= 14euros).
